| Chameleon
commerce raiders often prey on larger targets. Historically they've
been known to be overgunned. This is accomplished by merging 2 hardpoints into forward firing fixed weapons on either side of the ship (allowing 80% firing arc), a 50 ton missile bay and a single triple laser turret. She is capable of carrying nuclear missiles. Somewhat different than the first version seen centuries ago, this ship has purification, nuclear dampers, a launch and stores for 12 weeks. The captain has his own double and the first mate has a single sized stateroom. The ship is common with mercenaries but is a favorite of pirates. This has always been a bend the rules ship. |
