By reading the content of "The Columns", or any other page or site run by Mounties Online, you agree that the writer of said pages and content is blameless for anything which may offend anyone and you waive any and all legal recourse. Furthermore you agree that some things expressed on ANY site or webpage run by Mounties Online may not always be 100% technically correct due to humorous considerations and that the author may be aware of these discrepancies. Furthermore you agree that by NOT reading this statement you waive all legal recourse as it is YOUR fault for not reading this first. And you agree that, if you are offended by anything you, recognize that you can and always could leave the site immediately.
The End User License Agreement (Contained within Disclaimer)
1a. By Not Reading the Disclaimer and EULA the Site Visitor (known heretofore as the USER) shall agree that the terms held within do still apply.
1b. By Reading the Disclaimer and EULA, and all contents of this site, and any site linked therein, the USER agrees to hold The Writer of said material, and/or the manager of this site blameless of any offense taken, Real or Imagined.
2a. The USER, associates, clients or colleagues of the USER agree that the Author, owner, writers for, and affiliates of this site are blameless for any legal infractions, defamations, accidents caused by, intentional acts caused by, this site, it's linked sites, affiliates, this sites content or inferences
2b. The USER agrees that the author of this site cannot be held liable for ANYTHING.
2c. The USER shall never duplicate any part of this site or its contents online or in any other form, written or spoken.
3a. The USER agrees that the term USER shall be extended to include everyone the USER is associated with including family. This Extension shall be retroactive to the beginning of their visit to the site and shall be applied to any above definitions of USER, without replacing any part of above definitions.
4a. The USER agrees that, by not reading this EULA or the Disclaimer, they shall take upon themselves any fault for any offense taken.
5. The USER agrees that the authors, managers, or any other parties views on ANYTHING
CONTROVERSIAL expressed on this site is accurate and true as those parties deem it in their view, and also not defamatory or prosecutable. Continuing to read this site, or any unauthorized or authorized duplication of this site, without agreeing to this point will nullify any legal rights the USER may think they have, because they do not have any such rights as seen above in the EULA and Disclaimer.
6a. The USER agrees to abide by the EULAs or Disclaimers stated or implied by sites or pages linked to or by this site or any other site managed or authored by this sites manager, owner, author, or designer. Except where it shall abrogate this EULA or Disclaimer.
6b. The USER agrees that ANYTHING not covered in this EULA, or the Disclaimer which is the managers, owners, designers, or writers fault, is hereby (and retroactively) NOT their fault, and that the fault shall automatically be transferred to the USER.
7a. The USER agrees that the term USER shall not be case sensitive and shall not include the site's creator, designer, manager, writer, where the writer is not a contributor other than this sites manager. This addition to the Definition of USER shall be retroactive to the beginning of this EULA and also the Disclaimer.
8a. The USER acknowledges that this site may contain material not suitable for young persons, it may also contain material not suitable for those who are easily offended. SOME CONTENT MAY OFFEND. IF YOU BELIEVE YOU MAY BE OFFENDED LEAVE NOW. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
8b. The USER agrees that THEY HAVE BEEN WARNED.
8c. The USER agrees that they have been warned that some content may offend and/or be inappropriate, the USER agrees that they shall hold the manager, creator, designer etc.. of this site blameless for any offense taken, not taken, imagined, or lied about.
9a. The USER agrees that they can, and always could leave this site at any time.
9b. The USER agrees that they can return to this site as often as they wish, where such a return does not violate any term or condition listed here or on any other page within the site.
10. The USER agrees that this site, its content or any aspect of it or it's creation may not be used as evidence in a trial, nor shall it be referred to in a trial, hearing, or any other legal measure.
11. The USER agrees that this site, it's creator, writer, designer or manager is blameless for EVERYTHING. And for EVERYTHING that shall be, or shall not be.
12. The USER agrees to take no recourse of any kind, form, or manner if this, or any other part of the disclaimer or EULA has been copied,
blatantly or not, from anything the USER has ever come into contact with in his/her lifetime, past, present, or future.
