Originality:
The Redwallia Alliance is not the first alliance page by far. However, it is the best organized one I have seen in a long time. The name is fairly original, and I was impressed by the fact that the sites could move up in rank to gain more power in site decisions. A very interesting and creative idea, and I like it.
Creativity:
This site is not particularly creative, save in its site ranking method. The layout is familiar, and the graphics, though well done, are simple and few in number. There is almost nothing for non-members to do, or even members for that matter, and perhaps this avenue should be explored a little more thoroughly.
Updates:
The webmaster seems to update once or twice a month, which is fine in a site like this. Little updating is needed, especially in a site as young as this one. However, the book description page is behind by two books, Lord Brocktree and Taggerung. This is the only aspect that keeps the Redwallia Alliance from getting full marks in this category.
Navigability:
Great navigation! The links are easy to find, self explanatory, and there aren’t millions of them. They even managed to provide for non-frame users, while not cluttering the page with an extra set of links. Various sections also provide links to related sections, which I found helpful. Wonderful Job!
Effort:
I was completely blown away when I found out this site is only 3 months old. This shows a huge amount of effort and dedication, as well as past experience. The webmaster(s?) also takes the time to keep up-to-date with the sites within the alliance, and adjust according. The site isn’t content where it is though, and the webmaster hopes to get a greater variety of sites to join in the future. Very impressive; keep up the great work!

Achievement:
This site seems to have achieved a lot, and has great potential. I can see very few improvements that need to be made, save time and more members. This site has changed greatly for the better since it was first opened, and all involved should be commended!
Initial Impression:
The front page is very well designed, has a good color scheme, and isn’t too cluttered. It gives a great overview of the site, and makes you want to investigate. The only problem I had was the tacky blue/purple box around the top banner, as it makes the site look a little more beginner site-ish.
Legibility:
Aside from one or two typos and a sentence I had to read a few times to understand, this site does a nice job. The font chosen fits in well with the overall theme of the site, and is easy to read. The color also makes the page easy to read. The graphics and each page load quickly, without any staggeringly large ones. Even the books covers loaded quickly, which in and of itself is a miracle ;)
Atmosphere:
Although the webmaster is friendly and helpful, he/she/they don’t interact with their members as much as they could. There is also very little interaction between members. A forum is provided for their use, but no one I’ve talked to seems to use it. Perhaps more incentive should be given for getting to know each other. As far as I can tell, there is no fighting or ill-will in the club, so that is a plus
