You must obey B[r]C-cuteness
hail people that are a higher rank than you
If you are challenged you must accept (exptions top three may choose not to accept)
when you win a game against a higher ranking person you are qualified to get a higher rank( ex. person leaves if they still have a chance to win, you hack, person gets booted)
you may not recruit anyone unless you are of the top 5
If you piss of B[r]C-Fish he may lower your rank( same with other top three)
