About This Layout
This is a div layers layout featuring Sailor Lead Crow from the fifth season of Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon called Sailor Stars. This layout is designed fot blogs (weblogs) but it can used for pretty much any site.
Using This Layout
Open "top.jpg" in a graphics program and add you site title to the image. Open "index.htm" and edit the coding so it fits your site. But if you're having any troubles with the coding, find a tutorial site or something to help you. I'm too busy to be getting e-mails about coding troubles.
