If you want to get some of it back... You have to start somewhere.

    There is no longer any demand. That policy was far too effective
and has been suspended to insure the survival of the species.
    All efforts are in restoring the supply in an attempt to create
some balance. This is the best you can hope for.

    It is impossible to re-acquire everything you lost regardless
of how much wealth you have. One has to try to find something
that one has lost in small pieces, and in many places.  Getting it back isn't centrally located. This is only a starting point.
