Dragon Balls
Much stronger than the Earth dragonballs, you will be able to change your race, wish people back to life as many times as you like (only one at a time.), get more power when you wish for strength, and you get 3 wishes instead of one. Keep in mind though there is more you can wish for than what I have listed.
