Select your targeted audience, and keep in mind that you write your ads, e-zine articles or webpage content for them, not for yourself. Write down a list with information to identify your costumers. What do they dream of, their age, sex and their income-level. Take some time to calculate how and where can you approach them. What are their interests, which magazines do they read, which webpages will they visit.

Remember to sell them dreams and inform them of the benefits of your product. Try to provide quality information and special deals on your webpage, giving your costumers a reason to return to your webpage. Keep in mind that costumers are more likely to buy products from you if they consider you an expert on your field, so don’t hold back any information.

Create the need in the potential costumers, and if possible let them try the product free from a certain period. It’s the best way to prove the quality of your product, and as they get familiar with its features the chance that they will choose a similar product from your market-opponents are small, as long as you satisfy the costumer’s needs.

A stabile customer take relationship is created step by step, but can be ended very quickly, so don't be aggressive.

I would also personally recommend you to analyze and make your marketing process as automatic as possible. Write a log over everything you do. Each time you submit your webpage to a searchengine or when you send a customized e-mail to all your clients and inform them of your new products.
