Speaker cable/Terminations

From a poweramp/integrated amp, and suitable termination for safe, secure connection.

Speaker Cable- Required, otherwise there will be no sound! Don't go ridiculous on the price of speaker cables, but don't use bell wire either!- spend a reasonable amount. I would say spend no more than £20 /M for Left/Right/Centre, and no more than £3 /M for the rears. Keep both speaker cables the same length, even if one speaker is right next to the amp.

Connectors

Banana Plugs. Ideal termination for the speaker side. Simple, fast & safe.

Camcons. Used for Arcam & other amplifiers. They are useful, because if they do pop out, they will not short out the amplifier.

Spades. Another way of connecting on the amp/speaker side.
