Ryan was in town (again) recently. He talked us all in to going bowling. Actually quite a good time: despite my lack of bowling skills (why is this game so damn hard?). Ryan has an interesting twist to his game -- the first ball in a frame he bowls with his left hand, the second ball (if needed I should add) he bowls right-handed. This gimmick will come in handy when he joins the tour -- he's on the fifteen-year-plan. I feel like mentioning that Ryan's trip north was for his grandmother's, Esther, 100th birthday. She's an amazing woman and still a hoot to be around.
