One thing that sucks sometimes when you own a house is yardwork. If you are really busy and can barely find time to even update your pic of the week, it can be a pain in the ass to have to set aside a few hours on the weekend (or after work) to mow, weed, trim and otherwise garden your yard. It is even worse when the yardwork you are forced to do is your neighbor's. The house up the hill from us owns the lot below and doesn't care what it looks like down there (our property extends up the hill to about the telephone pole). So it falls on us to attend to the nice briar patch inside those railroad ties and the beastly parking strip (which my electric mower doesn't reach). Anybody have a used push mower I cold use; or better yet, know a good real estate lawyer well versed in adverse possession?
