| One of the great things about moving back to Seattle for me was getting reacquainted with a lot of my old friends. Of course, I've been in touch with everybody and usually saw those that I wanted to see when I came back for visits but it isn't the same as living in the same city. The usual group - Amy, Patrick, Joy and me - were joined by Kea and James for sushi at our favorite, Maneki, and some drinks at Sorrento on First Hill. After a few Japanese beers and some sake, Patrick somehow convinced Kea to put this contraption on her head. It didn't work out as well as he had promised. I tried on Kea's glasses but didn't look as scary in real life. |
