This site is one of the best sites for background information about Tibet. This site has a large section about Universal human rights and the environment in Tibet and how the Chinese Government are continually destroying it.
Tibetan Official Website
This is the Tibetan Government in Exile's Official website. This site contains important information ranging from the status of Tibet to its culture and how we, the people can help in its fight to become an independant nation once again. This site has regular updates of news bulletins around the world in regards to Tibet.
International Campaign for Tibet
This is by far one of the biggest and best campaigns in the fight to free Tibet from China. The ICT is based in Washington DC and is a non profit membership organisation. It has offices in Washington and Amsterdam.
International Tibet Support Network
This network was created in May of the year 2000 in Berlin Germany, when more than 300 delagates from 52 countries voted that we should have such an organisation. This network is committed to a non-violent approach to the Tibetan struggle.
Tibet Online This site is operated by the International Tibet Support group.
Students for a Free Tibet This site is a site made by students for students. It has members from universities, colleges and high schools. It is based in America but has members from 18 international countries. You can become a member in Australia by contacting Jo Shaw at the Australian Tibet Council on tibetcouncil@atc.org.au
