Nothing built upon the physical world can intercept anything sent within a higher dimension.  The limiting factor is the nutational rate of the atom.  Those implants received through choice are implanted while within higher energy fields, then brought back into the physical.  Thus they are able to receive transmissions originating from "on high." Most, although certainly not all, of the involuntary implants are received on the physical and are of the physical.  For one who is "on Earth assignment," most of the messages received originate beyond the energy frequencies of the dark ones.  Negativity does not, can not, exist beyond a certain dimensional level.  The vibration, frequency, of the creature, thoughts and deeds cannot resonate to the higher levels of existence.  Their very actions limit their sphere of activity.  If you wish, you may ask that the implants you do not want be removed by the Command.  I do want to say that many more are involved than just the Ashtar Command.  All cooperate and interact under the mantle of the Christ Light.  What you pose is a concern at one level, and of no concern at another.  Remember that our Higher Selves are already resonating to the frequency of complete God Awareness.  It is through the Higher Self that the highest communication comes.  Like everything else, there are different sorts of telepathic rapport, Astral, mental plane, causal plane, etc.  Many years ago we were warned to develop our telepathic communication skills, or be in a group where one is capable of true telepathic linking.  We were told that someday our lives would depend on instant communications not capable of being jammed or interfered with by the dark side.  The process of channelling is nothing more complicated than telepathic communication in-between two beings.  The problem arises when one is fooled by whomever is not of this plane.

Information on Paradox is coming, but slowly.  It seems that it's an entryway into a much larger series of deep underground installations, and that those are linked to some of the darker sides of being, places of true evil deep within the earth.  It would also seem that the Germans at the South Pole discovered some of the forerunner caches left from when that was a temperate zone.  The Nazis opened some of the old tunnels they found and as water seeks its own level, they found their way to some very nasty entities.  Something else, some of the younger people have rejected the ways of their fathers.  It seems they found the link to the Light and followed it into "salvation."  I don't like to use that word, for it brings different pictures to different people.  In this instance they discovered that they were more attracted to the Light than to Darkness and aligned themselves with the Light.

Much of what is going on upon, within and above the Earth is subterfuge.  Their real effort is directed toward stopping the Mother Planet from ascending, from making Her dimensional jump.  When that happens it's all over for them.  Completely.  The physical world, and the astral world, cease to exist for planet Earth.  She becomes an Etheric Planet.  Anyone unable to resonate to the higher, more intense energy field of the etheric will die.  Any soul or entity caught upon the astral at the moment of the dimensional jump is gone.  Vaporized.  They cease to exist.  Good or bad, their identity, their individualization is lost.  Their energy will be returned to the Creator Source.  That's one reason for the Rescue Circle activity.  We need to get everyone "into the Light."  If darkness can sidetrack anyone capable of helping in the planetary ascension into not doing what they came for, then they win. 

Paradox is a sort of "field office."  Because of it's deeper connections, there is a high flow of traffic through there.  Connections can be made from underground with any other point in the world.  A Maglev runs through there.  There is a cadre of Reptilian "soldiers" there also.  There are camoflaged entry ports for air and space vehicles.  It isn't used as a major base in and of itself because they don't want to draw attention to it just yet.  The underground connectin is an ancient one and that alone is sufficient to keep it active.  Extensive experimentation is not conducted at Paradox, but from there one can be swiftly taken almost anywhere.  It's also used as an access point for those entering into the surface world.  No one ever notices anything in such a small place or they've learned to keep their mouths shut, and from there, highways lead everywhere.  Many Nazis enter this way.  (Apparently Tau is refering here to the "Chameleoids" or reptilian humanoids that are able to shape-shift and pass themselves off as humans, similar to the aliens depicted in the movie "THEY LIVE" - BRANTON). Disguised Reptoids do the same.  There is a sensor array concealed in the rocks around the entrance.  There seems to be more than one entrance into the underground in Paradox.  Paradox is one of the points wherein hostile forces can be introduced into direct combat with US military forces.  That's the multiple entrance point, large vehicles can exit onto the surface in sufficient quantities to form what sufficies as regimental strength.  Part of it also seems to be a processing station.  People grabbed and implanted, conditioned and released within three hours of the initial snatch.  It would seem that they are quite good at what they do.  Interestingly enough, one of the doctors or persons at the vivisection of Vashti is a frequent visitor to the Paradox fortress.  This one, a man, is unaware that he is being constantly tracked and monitored by our Tau Cetian friends.  That one shall surely not escape his fate.  Something quite nasty is going on there.  SS people (from the "New Berlin" base under Neu Schwabenland, Antarctica? _ BRANTON) bring abducted children there and turn them over to the dracs.  There is quite a blackmarket in these children.  There are teams out at all times, mercenary type people unaware of who they work for.  These teams are constantly on the lookout for children.  When found they are grabbed, sedated, used for their own pleasure, then turned over to the SS.  They in turn deliver them to the drac, who also use them sexually.  Some are terrorized until some sort of endorph is produced in the brain.  This is siphoned off.  Some of the dracs are addicted to it.  Used up children are eaten while alive-fresh meat.  None of the children brought to this location are used for sex programming.  That occurs elsewhere.  This location is terminal.  This trade has been going on for a very long time.  Some of the slaves the Nazis brought with them were permitted to breed.  Their children were traded to the dracs in return for assistance in developing the Nazi's deeper level base.  The practice continues today.  The SS didn't care what happened to their "sub-human" slaves.  It is not common knowledge that this trade exists, even among the SS.  A special section in the SS handles it, something akin to the old totenkoph einsatzkommando in the concentration camps.  Paradox has been marked for destruction when the time comes.
