These audio-frequency electrical sweeps are believed to be generated
by
distant lightning interacting with the ionosphere. They are best heard
by
special direct-conversion receivers, though a standard audio amp
will
work if noise permits, which it usually doesn't.
Whistlers are spooky. Something like 10 different sweeps are visible
in
this unusually large one. Notice how the amplitude builds as they
kick
in, then drop off. Several university professors have made very
good
recordings of whistlers and other atmospheric electrical phenomena,
and

The basic equipment one needs to observe whistler is an antenna and
an
audio amplifier. Of course by improving the equipment and making it
more
sensitive, by using analog and digital filters, more whistlers as well
as
the causative sferic and higher order hopes can be observed. There

the
atmosphere 24 hours a day:

Since “Moon with a View” was originally posted, reaction has been varied –
to say the least!
Some, on reading, have become intrigued. Others are
repelled. And some, typified by this truly wondrous comment on “Coast to Coast
AM” a few nights ago – “This time Hoagland has really walked off the cliff!” –
are simply, as the phrase goes, “out to lunch.”
Fundamental to many
criticisms of this theory is the scale of the construction we’re proposing.
These critics see the entire idea of an “artificial moon” – and one almost a
thousand miles across -- as totally preposterous, mainly because of the size of
such an undertaking. What they forget is that some of these (artificial world)
ideas are actually quite old … and increasingly achievable – even (as you will
see) within the constraints of current technology and physics!

The following is a
list of questions that were directed to former Dulce
Base Security officer
Thomas Edwin Castello approximately a year
before his death [or
disappearance]. They are followed by his
responses:
QUESTION - When exactly was the [upper human-occupied level of the]
Archuleta installation constructed?
ANSWER - I heard Dulce was started in 1937-38 by the Army engineers,
enlarged over the years, most recent work was completed 1965-66 to
connect tunnels to the Page [Arizona] Base, site of one of the older
underground facilities. The four corners base is called PERICA. Most of
the Native Americans [the Indians] living in that area are aware of that
base, and could tell us about the underground life forms that frequently
are spotted near those communities, Bigfoot, etc. (Note: The references
to the Dulce base here deal mainly with the upper levels, not the
extreme lower levels which include vast natural caverns and, some
believe, very ancient tunnel systems as well. This would include the
tunnels illuminated by phosphorus pentoxide which the alien Greys
avoid,
and the origin of which is unknown. In fact sources have informed
us that
some of the underground NORAD facilities of Colorado were
constructed within
already-existing cavern systems, suggesting that Ray
Palmer and Richard
Shaver were correct when as early as the mid-
1940's they wrote about the
government's search for ancient
underground cave and tunnel systems to be
converted for their own

Did 22 SDI Researchers Really ALL Commit Suicide?
Fifty-year-old Alistair Beckham was a successful British
aerospace-projects engineer. His specialty was designing computer
software for sophisticated naval defense systems. Like hundreds of other
British scientists, he was working on a pilot program for America's
Strategic Defense Initiative--better known as Star Wars. And like at
least 21 of his colleagues, he died a bizarre, violent death. It was a
lazy, sunny Sunday afternoon in August 1988. After driving his wife to
work, Beckham walked through his garden to a musty backyard tool shed
and sat down on a box next to the door. He wrapped bare wires around his
chest, attached the to an electrical outlet and put a handkerchief in
his mouth. Then he pulled the switch.
With his death, Beckham's name was added to a growing list of British
scientists who've died or disappeared under mysterious circumstances
since 1982. Each was a skilled expert in computers, and each was working
on a highly classified project for the American Star Wars program. None
had any apparent motive for killing himself. The British government
contends that the deaths are all a matter of coincidence. The British
press blames stress. Others allude to an ongoing fraud investigation
involving the nation's leading defense contractor. Relatives left behind
don't know what to think. "There weren't any women involved. There
weren't any men involved. We had a very good relationship," says Mary
Beckham, Alistair's widow. "We don't know why he did it...if he did it.
And I don't believe that he =did= do it. He wouldn't go out to the shed.
There had to be something...."

How many of us know of the link between the worlds of cloak-and-dagger
undercover dirty-tricks "intelligence" and sectarian or cultist
religion? How familiar are
we with the way "spooks" often use religion as
a cover for their activities?
I recently ran across this connection while researching the 1947 Maury
Island affair of a UFO allegedly spewing slag and metal over Maury
Island in Puget Sound near Tacoma, Washington. As most Ufologists know,
Fred Lee Crisman (1919-1975), one of the Maury Island "saucer" witnesses
along with Harold Dahl (1911-1982), is also reputed to have been deeply
involved much of his life in undercover activities. Crisman is said to
have been an OSS and CIA agent, an industrial spy, and closely
associated with right-wing extremists, underworld figures, and
anti-Castro Cubans allegedly involved in the Kennedy assassination. He
was subpoenaed as a witness by New Orleans District Attorney Jim
Garrison in his 1968 investigation of the Kennedy assassination--and was
later even rumored to have been one of the three "tramps" arrested at
Dealey Plaza right after the assassination! And, like many of the
reputed undercover agents and right-wing activists he reputedly hung out
with, Crisman was a "minister," in fact a "Bishop," of a small, off-beat
"church."
Ufologist and conspiracy researcher Kenn Thomas explored this
connection
between undercover agents and sectarian religion in his book
_Maury
Island UFO: The Crisman Conspiracy_ (Lilburne GA: IllumiNet Press,
1999), devoted both to the original 1947 Maury Island affair itself and
to Fred Lee Crisman's complex, curious, often turbulent double life as
an undercover agent and contentious public figure. In the 1960's and
until his death in 1975, according to Thomas, Crisman was locally
prominent in Washington state as a free-lance writer, ultra-conservative
radio commentator, clergyman, librarian, and controversial Tacoma
politician. He became a "bishop" in a "Universal Life Church,"
associating with many other right-wing activists calling themselves
"priests," "ministers," or "bishops" of small evangelical or "Old
Catholic" churches. He presented himself as a "preacher" and a "person
engaged in work to help the gypsies," according to Jim Garrison. [Kenn
Thomas, _Maury Island UFO _, pp. 95-96 (Universal Life Church bishop,
helping gypsies), 113-115 (Universal Life Church, other rightist
"ministers")]
I read Kenn Thomas' book a couple of months ago. A couple of days ago,
I got an interesting corroboration of his observation in a response to my
summary on
the "Forteana" list of Peter Anson's semi-popular history of 19th
and 20th century
splinter Catholic and Anglican sects, _Bishops at Large_
(New York: October House, 1965).
"Forteana's" George Wagner noted that a so-called "American Catholic
Church"
clergyman he had corresponded with 30 years ago claimed that private
detectives (and
even espionage agents) often obtained ordinations in the
various denominations founded
by the "Episcopi Vagantes" described by Anson.
The reasons were "simple," according
to Wagner's "American Catholic Church"
pen-pal--wearing black clericals will get you into places where the "tourists"
don't go, and in addition if those clothes are used correctly they can render
you pretty much invisible at night. Moreover, absolute strangers will hand you
money if you merely ask for it. Entering places where most of us would be
arrested for trespassing merely gets our Episcopi Vagantes "priest" an
apologetic
"I'm terribly sorry, Father, but even you're not allowed to be here." So
"our
clergyman/detective merely walks back outside and looks for another
entrance."
Wagner's correspondent "mentioned the specific example of New Orleans
detective
(and former FBI agent) Guy Bannister's occasional legman David
Ferrie," Wagner
recalled.
This, I replied to Wagner, was EXACTLY the observation about detectives and
espionage agents, including Mr. Ferrie specifically, made by Kenn Thomas in
_Maury
Island UFO _ . According to Kenn Thomas, Crisman and many of his
buddies were
"priests" and "pastors" either of Pentecostal type churches--or
of small splinter "Old
Catholic" sects like those described by Peter Anson
in _Bishops at Large_! Thomas
extensively quoted Jim Garrison's observations
on this fact in his 1968 Kennedy
assassination investigation, where Crisman
was subpoenaed as a witness. Crisman
himself was a "Bishop" of the
"Universal Life Church." Crisman's buddy Thomas
Beckham and David Ferrie
were both ordained priests of the "Old Orthodox Catholic
Church," and
Beckham too later became a "minister" of the "Universal Life Church."
Acording to Jim Garrison as quoted by Kenn Thomas, quite a few of the
possible
JFK assassination conspirators he investigated, including a lot of
members of the
"[Guy] Banister Cell" that included Lee Harvey Oswald
himself, belonged to "that
bizarre cluster of 'Old Church' evangelical sects
which we found recurrent in the whole
affair and which characterized some of
the apparently more radioactive
individuals we came across in the course of
digging away at the New Orleans
sub-structure" [Kenn Thomas, _Maury Island
UFO_, p. 113). Kenn Thomas (p. 95)
even reproduced a Photostat of a "Church
of Universal Life" membership card signed
by the two original alleged 1947
Maury Island UFO witnesses, "H. Dahl, Secretary"
and "F. Crisman, Minister"!
Thomas, by the way, called the sect both the "Universal
Life Church" and the
"Church of Universal Life." The latter variant was used in
the Photostatted
church membership card.
Kenn Thomas also quoted (_Maury Island UFO_, p. 115 ) the following
reflection by Jim Garrison on the "church" connections and "ministerial"
covers of so many of the "rogue" undercover "spooks" that Fred Lee
Crisman hung out with:
< strangeness--its threadbare irrelevance--makes it all the more safe
from
possible investigators who are looking for spies wearing trench coats
and
carrying, like so many James Bonds, gold cigarette cases. The
churches--like all churches--are virtually free from official inquiry by
virtue of the Constitution, not to mention American custom. The
"ministers" and "bishops" can accumulate money (religious fund raising)
without serious inquiry as to the source. They are free from the 9 to 5
routine expected of normal, patriotic Americans, free to operate
in
relative seclusion from the expected social involvement, free to
engage in
obscure crusades or missions and free to travel extensively
(for unmarked
and unobserved periods) as assignments may dictate. And
where, as may be the
case in some instances, there may actually be a
home structure for the
particular church.>>

PREFACE
Before the Gatewood Galbraith for Governor Campaign in 1991,
few
Kentuckians knew that the plant that the federal government
had demonized
for over 50 years as "Marijuana - Assassin of Youth,"
was, in fact, Cannabis
Hemp, the most traded commodity in the world
until the mid-1800s, and our
state's number one crop, industry,
and most important source of revenue, for
over 150 years.
Today, thanks to the efforts of pioneer hemp researchers and
public
advocates such as Galbraith, Jack Fraizer, Jack Herer, Chris Conrad,
Ed Rosenthal, Don Wirtshafter and others, the federal
government's
unjustifiable suppression of our state's right to develop our
most
valuable and versatile natural resource, is facing increasing
opposition from an informed public. Hemp is now recognized
as the number
one agriculturally renewable raw material in the world,
and perhaps the only
crop / industry which can guarantee us industrial
and economic independence
from the trans-national corporations.
"Shadow of the Swastika" is a follow-up to my earlier work,
"Cannabis
Hemp: the Invisible Prohibition Revealed,"
which I wrote and published in
support of the Galbraith Campaign.
Since publication of that booklet, there
has been growing
public acceptance of the evidence that Marijuana
Prohibition
was created in 1937, not to protect society from the
"evils
of the drug Marijuana," as the Federal government claimed,
but as an act of
deliberate economic and industrial sabotage
against the re-emerging
Industrial Hemp Industry.
Previous investigations by hemp researchers have been limited
to the
suppression of free-market competition from the hemp industry,
and focused
on the activities of three prominent members
of America's corporate,
industrial and banking establishment
during the mid- to late-1930s:
WILLIAM RANDOLPH HEARST, the newspaper and magazine tycoon.
The expected rebirth of cannabis hemp as a less expensive source
of
pulp for paper meant his millions of acres of prime timberland,
and
investment in wood pulp papermaking equipment, would soon
be worth much
less. In the 1920s, about the same time as the equipment
was developed to
economically mass-produce raw hemp into pulp
and fiber for paper, he began
the "Reefer Madness" hoax
in his newspaper and magazine publications.
ANDREW MELLON, founder of the Gulf Oil Corporation.
He knew that cannabis hemp was an alternative industrial raw material
for the production of thousands of products, including fuel
and
plastics, which, if allowed to compete in the free-market,
would threaten
the future profits of the oil companies.
As Secretary of the Treasury he created the Federal Bureau
of
Narcotics, and appointed his own future nephew-in-law,
Harry Anslinger, as
director. Anslinger would later use
the sensational, and totally fabricated,
articles published
by Hearst, to push the Marijuana Tax Act of 1937 through
Congress,
which successfully destroyed the rebirth of the cannabis hemp
industry.
A prominent member of one Congressional subcommittee who voted
in favor
of this bill was Joseph Guffey of Pennsylvania,
an oil tycoon and former
business partner of Andrew Mellon
in the Spindletop oil fields in Texas.
THE DU PONT CHEMICAL CORPORATION,
which owned the patents on synthetic petrochemicals and
industrial
processes that promised billions of dollars in future profits
from the sale of wood pulp paper, lead additives for gasoline,
synthetic
fibers and plastics, if hemp could be suppressed.
At the time, Du Pont
family influence in both government
and the private sector was unmatched,
according to historians
and journalists.
This publication, however, reveals documented historical evidence
that
the suppression of the hemp industry was only one key part
of a much larger
conspiracy in the 1930s, not only by
the 3 corporate interests named above,
but by many others, as well.
Congressional records, FBI reports and investigations
by the Justice
Department, during the 1930s and 1940s, have already
documented evidence of
this wider plot. A list of the corporations
named include Du Pont, Standard
Oil, and General Motors, all of
which were proven to be conspiring with Nazi
industrial cartels to
eliminate competition world-wide and divide among
themselves the Earth's
industrial resources and commercial markets, for
profitable exploitation.
This conspiracy succeeded. It is now obvious that this lack
of serious
competition in the industrial raw materials market caused
our present - and
totally contrived - addiction to petrochemicals.
Its success is directly
responsible for the most troubling problems
we now face in the 1990s;
serious damage to our environment,
concentration of economic and political
power into fewer
and fewer hands, and the weakening of the rights of
individuals
and states to determine their own futures.
It is more and more evident that, given the historical record,
the
structure of the New World Order is being built upon
the Foundation of
Marijuana Prohibition, and only
the relegalization of free-market hemp
competition can save us.

INTRODUCTION
To clearly understand the circumstances which existed during
the 1930s
and 1940s, and are the subject of this booklet,
it would be helpful to first
put the hemp / petrochemical conflict
into historical perspective. The
events which took place in the years
leading up to World War II were a
continuation of a struggle between
agricultural and industrial interests that
began before the American
Revolution, a struggle which has yet to be decided,
even today.
AGRICULTURE VS. INDUSTRY
The historical record, at least as it has been presented to us in
the
public school system, is that the Civil War was fought to end
slavery.
This is not the whole story. The truth of the matter is that it was
also
a clash between Northern industrialists and Southern agriculturists,
over control of the expansion into the newly opened West.
In 1845, Abraham Lincoln wrote, "I hold it a paramount duty of us
in
the free states due to the union of the states, and perhaps
to liberty
itself, to let the slavery of other states alone." (1)
Concerning the Western territories, he said "The whole Nation
is
interested that the best use shall be made of these territories.
We
want them for homes and free white people. This they cannot be,
to any
considerable extent, if slavery be planted within them." (2)
Lincoln was caught in the middle between the Northern industrialists
and the Southern agriculturists, who both wanted to dominate
Western
expansion because of the wealth it offered. The industrialists knew
that the agriculturists depended on slavery because cotton,
upon which
Southern wealth was based, was very labor intensive and
required the
inexpensive labor that slavery provided. They knew that
if the Western lands
were declared "free states" then the Southern
agriculturists would be unable
to compete, and would be forced
to leave Western expansion, and its
potential profits,
to the Northern industrialists.
Quoting "The Irony of Democracy," by Thomas R. Dye and T. Harmon Zeigler,
"The importance of the Civil War for America's elite structure
was the
commanding position that the new industrial capitalists won
during the
course of the struggle. The economic transformation of the
United States
from an agricultural to an industrial nation reached the
crescendo of a
revolution in the second half of the nineteenth century.
"Civil War profits compounded the capital of the industrialists
and
placed them in a position to dominate the economic life
of the nation.
Moreover, when the Southern planters were removed
from the national scene,
the government in Washington
became the exclusive domain of the new
industrial leaders." (3)
The Northern industrialists used this increased capital to build
the
system of transcontinental railways, linking the Northeast
with both the
South and West. The labor for this undertaking
was from the Northeastern
Establishment's own source of cheap labor
- recently freed slaves and poor
immigrants from Europe and China
- who suffered under living conditions
which were often little better
than those which existed under the Slave
System just a few years before.
It was during the years between the Civil War and the beginning
of the
Twentieth Century that the Northern industrialists altered
the role of the
American government. Originally established
by the Revolution to protect and
preserve the lives, property
and freedoms of all Americans from repressive
government,
it was transformed into an agency to protect
the economic
future of Northern industrialists.
"The industrial elites," according to Dye and Zeigler,
"saw no objection
to legislation if it furthered their success
in business. Unrestricted
competition might prove who was the fittest,
but as an added precaution to
insure that the industrial capitalists
themselves emerged as the fittest,
these new elites also insisted upon
government subsidies, patents, tariffs,
loans, and massive giveaways
of land and other natural resources." (4)
The struggle between Western farmers and the railroads
owned by the
Northern industrialists is a good example.
To protect their interests,
citizens created "the Grange,"
an organization which helped to enact state
laws regulating the
"ruthless aggression" of the railroads. In 1877, these
laws
were upheld by the Supreme Court in the Munn v. Illinois decision.
But, a few years later, Justice Stephen A. Field changed the role,
and
the very definition, of the corporation. He gave a new
interpretation to the
Fourteenth Amendment that actually gave
corporations legal status as
citizens . . . as artificial persons. (5)
It was not long after this change in the interpretation
of the
Fourteenth Amendment that John D. Rockefeller, the father
of the modern-day
corporation, created the great Standard Oil
Corporation which, by the late
1880s, gained control over 90%
of all the oil refineries in America. (6)
The roots of 20th Century American politics can best be illustrated
by
the 1896 Presidential Election, won by Republican William McKinley
by a
landslide. The McKinley campaign was directed
by Marcus Alonzo Hanna of
Standard Oil and raised a $16,000,000
campaign fund from wealthy fellow
industrialists, (an amount
that was unmatched in Presidential campaigns
until the 1960s).
The major theme of the campaign, and one that would echo
far into
the future, was "what's good for business is good for the country."

This emerging political and judicial misuse of power in America
was
feared by Thomas Jefferson who, in 1787, wrote,
"I think our governments will
remain virtuous for many centuries;
as long as they remain chiefly
agricultural;
and this will be as long as there shall be vacant lands
in
any part of America. When they get piled upon one another in large
cities as
in Europe they will become corrupt as in Europe." (8)
It is important to remember that the American Revolution was
a clash
between the agriculturists in the colonies, and the British
industrialists
who controlled the government in England.
Almost 100 years later the Civil
War was fought as a continuation
of the same basic struggle, but with the
victory going back
to the industrialists. This began the erosion of the
American government
"of the people, for the people and by the people."
The buying of the 1896 Presidential Election, by Hanna of Standard Oil
and the Northern industrial interests, was the next important step
on
the long road to the American government
- "of the corporation,- for the
corporation - and - by the corporation."
A few years later, World War I would forge an even closer
relationship
between corporations and government in the United States,

well as around the world. Anthony Sampson, in his book
"The Arms Bazaar,"
notes that "the American companies,
led by US Steel and du Pont, were
transformed by war orders.
US Steel, which had absorbed Carnegie's old steel
company,
had made average annual profits in the four pre-war years
of $105
million, while in the four war years they were $240 million;
and Du Pont's
average profit went up from $6 million
to $58 million. . . .
"Certainly the arms companies had become much richer through the war,
and there were widespread suspicions that they were actually
trying to

The bottom line is, of course, victory or profit,
and in what
proportions? To what lengths would this nation's top
industrial leaders go to
secure their share of the profits
before and during the next "war to end all
war?"

"What, oh what, ever happened to the respectable UFO
conference / symposium?"
Everywhere you look, UFO conferences are focusing more and more on New
Agers and conspiracy theorists, "whistleblowers" and Disclosure gurus, and less
and less on serious ufology.
Why? Because the people who organise the conferences look at the shelves in
the bookstores and the programming on TV, and see all the New Age stuff, or the
conspiracy stuff (damn you, X-Files!), and conclude that this is the best way to
make money.
Now, this is fair enough, in that these conferences are not charity events,
and one should not expect the organizers to take a financial bath just for the
sake of getting the word out there. The problem, however, is that their
conclusions are wrong.
.....wacky George Green who, if he isn't from another
planet, should be.
Nancy Redstar, who wouldn't know her UFOlogical fact from
her UFOlogical fiction if it ran over her in an 18 wheeler (when moderator
Dennis Balthasar had the good sense to call her on her exaggerations and factual
mistakes, she walked out in a huff).
So, what happened?
The lesson? Simple
- the way forward is to stick with the serious Ufologists.
So, here's my free
advice to organizers. Avoid the wackos, no matter how many people you think
they're going to pull in at the door (odds are they won't anyway). Stick to guys
like Stan Friedman, or Bruce Maccabee - or, from the younger generation, Nick
Redfern, or me (unabashed plug). Or give someone like Brad Sparks a call (he
could deliver a great paper on Edward Ruppelt if you asked). Or Jerry Clark, or
Dick Hall, or Dr. Mark Rodegheir, or Peter Davenport, or... well, hopefully you
get the point.
Just because the letters "CON" are in "conference" doesn't mean you have to
invite the con artists!
Finally, always remember what The Voice said to Kevin Costner's character
in Field of Dreams:
"If you build it, they will come."
The same is true of better UFO conferences.

Alien issue splits Vancouver's Sasquatch believers
VANCOUVER, Sept 26 (Reuters) - For Sasquatch fans gathered in Vancouver
this weekend, the debate is not over the reality of the large, apelike animal
but over its relation to UFOs. "It's a huge divide," Stephen Harvey, organizer
of the International Sasquatch Symposium, said in describing the dispute between
the cryptozoology and paranormal wings of Sasquatch studies. Sasquatch -- aqua
Bigfoot -- is an ordinary flesh-and-blood creature that just happens to have
avoided capture, according to the crypto zoologists, or students of hidden
animals. But to believers in the paranormal, or psychic phenomena, Sasquatch is
also an "one-dimensional" being with strange powers and ties to
extraterrestrials aboard UFOs.
Both camps tend to think there must be more
than one specimen around.

obliged to include them in the event. "By my estimate . . . they are 25 percent

hollow-earth screenplay? Well, it's going to become a movie. We should be
shooting this summer!
TOPWORLD will be a feature-length motion picture possibly distributed by
Warner Brothers. It will be Produced by Jeff Mallian and this humble
writer, and, in part, marketing wizard, Beryl Wolk. Funding for the
project is imminent. I've got August of this year slated to begin
principle photography.
The story follows a man and watches how his life is drastically
changed when he becomes the reluctant protector of an escaped slave girl from a
subterranean civilization.

The first case of subterranean abduction that I investigated occurred in
1988. I never reached a firm conclusion regarding the information that
resulted from this investigation, but did receive corroborating reports from
other abductees. The incident occurred in the Rosamond area of the Antelope
Valley in California up on the sides of the Tehachapi Mountains. The
Tehachapi mountains rise on the north side of the valley. There is a saddle
in the mountains and a secret Northrop electromagnetic testing facility in
the area just below the saddle. The Northrop facility has been dubbed the
"Anthill" or the "Black Hole" by some of the locals who refer to it as a
multi-level underground facility.
Ray and Nancy worked at the Northrop B-2 assembly facility in
Palmdale.
Ray is a Native American. Ray was an aircraft inspector and
worked the swing
shift. One June night he decided to take a midnight ride
with Nancy up to
the cut in the Tehachapi mountains. This cut appears as an
inclined whitish
mark on the side of the foothills. It actually marks the
site of a road that
winds up around the mountains. On the backside is an
entrance to an
artificial plateau that had been blasted out of the rocks.
Ray parked his
truck on this plateau. They got out to look at the stars and
the city lights
of Lancaster and Palmdale in the valley far below. While
looking at the
stars, Nancy noticed that some of them were moving around and
brought it to
Ray's attention. Ray got his flashlight out of the truck and
started
signaling the lights. At some point, Nancy noticed a bright
basketball-sized
orb hovering just above a nearby knoll. They both walked
closer to get a
better look at the orb. Ray thought it had just risen out
of some invisible
opening in the ground. It seemed to be flashing and
sparking. Some sort of
line dangled from its underside. It rose a little
higher and Nancy tried to
speak to it, having an intuitive feeling that some
intelligence had guided
the orb to that plateau for their benefit. As they
watched this strange
phenomenon around one o'clock in the morning, they next
observed the morning
dawn light over the far distant eastern hills.
Something had just snatched
four hours of time out of their lives. The orb
was gone. They were terrified
and drove quickly home. The next day, they
felt a vibration going through
their apartment. When they went outdoors,
they saw two orbs hovering above
their apartment. This scared them badly.
I took Ray and Nancy to a local hypnotist and she regressed Ray.
Nancy
refused to be regressed, expressing fear over what she might discover
about
those four hours of missing time. Ray was an excellent subject. When
in
trance, with little prompting, he fell backwards nearly to the floor
before
we caught him. The regression brought out some amazing revelations.
Ray and
Nancy had been abducted and taken underground!
Under hypnosis he kept mentioning the Kern River to the north.
"There
is an area near the Tehachapi Mountains called the Kern River
Project. The
upper river is being used by the government for hydroelectric
power to power
the underground facility at Tehachapi Ranch (actually, the
Tejon Ranch). The
mountain next to the power facility is being hollowed
out...there is mud all
around and it's so obvious, but apparently people
aren't looking. All the
power is being used for the Ranch, which is the
site of underground "skunk
works", where highly technical aircraft,
spacecraft and all kinds of stuff
are being dealt with. It is a huge
underground base, probably close to the
size of one under 29 Palms Marine
Base. It has huge hangars and very large
elevators as well as technical
laboratories. There is a whole city under
there, large passageways...the
whole valley is full of tunnels. You can
drive from one end to the other
underground. You can drive from Palmdale,
site of the Northrop, Lockheed
and "black project" areas, to California
City...all underground. There are
tunnels all the way to George AFB. Aliens
apparently have access...they've
been seen all over the place. The
government lets them do whatever they
want. They're probing the human brain,
trying to find out weaknesses and
learning how to control us. They dissect
humans...can't describe the
dissections because they are not humane. Really
morbid. The government
knows it...they just turn their heads. Some people in
the government want
to stop this but they don't know how to stop it."
Ray was disconcerted that Grays had Nancy strapped to a table in
this
facility. He could see instruments all around. During hypnosis he
would
freeze up when recalling this scene. He yelled and became very
emotional. He
was convinced they would rape her and violate her, yet he was
helpless to
prevent it. He and Nancy also felt they had contact with a
benevolent race
of aliens who had observed their capture. After a few
months, Ray and Nancy
announced to me that they wanted little more to do
with reporting further
events. They felt exposed and monitored and feared
retribution if they
continued talking. They last told me they intended to
go to Bible classes to
find refuge from this enormous evil that encroached
upon their lives.
Many witnesses have observed unusual phenomenon over the Tejon
Ranch.
One night on March 3, 1991 Pearl Schultz and Aric Leavitt sighted 5
or 6
UFOs moving in pairs at various speeds and sometimes switching
directions
over the Tehachapi Mountains. Each had a pulsating light that
alternated
from bright white to heavy red. Mrs. Schultz noticed orange and
yellow
colors. Some of the UFOs seemed to come from the saddle area.
A man named Stan saw a bright flash of orange light, which
seemed to
have a cigar-shape. He saw this from Avenue I looking northwest
over the
Tehachapi's.
Three witnesses went up to the plateau near the Anthill on
January 31,
1991. They saw a green-glowing disk take-off from this facility
without any
apparent acceleration and climb at a 45 degree angle to the
south. They also
heard a tone when they sighted the object. When traveling
back down the road
(170th Street West), they saw two black vans and two
black
helicopters.
In the morning dawn, a pilot was flying out of Fox Field on
Avenue G
headed for Merced. His flight path would take him over the
Tehachapi's. When
passing over the saddle where the Anthill is located on
February 23, 1991,
he observed four white rectangular objects hovering over
the facility. He
described them as being four times the size of a typical
highway billboard.
They were each separated by about 200 yards. Another
observer, who was
called on the phone, drove his car out to the highway and
observed these
same objects before they winked out!
One local man who has property on 170th Street West reported
seeing the
ground open up like a missile silo within the fenced perimeter
surrounding
the Northrop installation. He saw a flying saucer emerge from
this "silo"
and take off. He also claimed that someone from Edwards had
come to talk to
him about his story and told him to shut up. I further
found out that the
man's name is Chuck and he was a contractor who worked on
the underground
tunnels in the Anthill facility. He said the tunnels have
round doorways
with panels that have red and green lights for ID and entry.
There are no
doors covering these doorways, but some kind of field is
projected from
cylinders embedded in the door wall. Tiny globes hovered in
the tunnels and
followed Chuck and his crew around. He thought they were
being used by the
Air Force as sensors. But where did the Air Force get the
technology to
levitate these orbs?
Joe told me a lot of stories. He attended many of my Uforum
meetings in
Lancaster. He claims to have had a close encounter and missing
time when
traveling a road through the Southside of Edwards AFB one night.
Joe was in
construction and held clearances for working in military
operation areas. He
said that he had worked on an underground tunnel
project below Haystack
Butte on the Eastern boundary of Edwards near the
NASA Rocket Test Site. He
also claimed that he saw orbs roving around these
tunnels. He painted
numbers inside a box located on a stripe that ran
horizontally midway along
the tunnel walls. I asked him how far this tunnel
ran below the earth's
surface. He said that he and fellow employees used to
count as the elevator
descended to the tunnel level. From the count and
from the elevator speed, I
estimated that the tunnel must have been around
3,000 feet deep. One time he
saw a door open to a room in one of these
tunnels and he could see a very
tall alien standing next to two men in white
lab coats. He thought this
alien was all of nine feet tall. He claims that
he saw two gray aliens
inside a hangar at China Lake one day when he went
back inside the hangar
after finishing his work to retrieve a tool that he
had left behind. Joe was
always telling me fantastic stories, yet he seemed
very sincere. I never
knew whether to believe him.
One day Joe told me about two old school buddies he had run
across.
They both held jobs in underground facilities and had worked at the
Anthill,
he said. They would work underground for two weeks at a stint.
They lived in
condos when working underground. These condos were also built
into the
underground facility. The government even picked up the tab on one
guy's
alimony. One was known as a computer genius. He said that he had
seen both
gray and reptilian life forms in various underground facilities.
One of the
underground projects was Project Startalk. The work involved
lasers. The
informer, a guy named Paul, said that he worked in a big
underground
building (350 feet across). Project Startalk utilized a
powerful laser which
strikes a mirror and is sent into space. The laser is
modulated with a
signal and acts as a beacon to bring in UFOs. Apparently,
the beacon is
directed at friendly forces from other star systems. He also
worked at the
Douglas facility near LLano. He once saw a saucer land and go
into an
underground hangar. Inside the underground building is a huge
computer
complex. The workers wear white clothing and white socks (no
shoes). The
computers use an alien symbolic language. Manuals indicate
codes that can be
entered. There is a large lexon plastic screen in this
complex that displays
various star systems and galaxies. A wax pencil is
used to indicate targets
for the laser. The technology used is so far
advanced that it is beyond
known engineering technology. The laser is also
capable of interdimensional
communication. Security workers accompany all
workers, even to the bathroom.
Phones are tapped, even workers home phones.
It took Paul and Gopher (the
second guy) two years to get a security
clearance.
Gopher also worked at the Anthill as a computer specialist. He
has also
worked at Lockheed's Helendale facility and at the Nevada Test
Site. Gopher
says that we are working with aliens and alien technology and
it scares the
hell out of him. He gets paid well. He makes $145 thousand a
year and the
government pays his alimony. He says he has also worked at
Section D, better
known as the Dulce facility. He has seen reptoids and
Grays in these
underground facilities. He doesn't have a life of his own.
He worked with
white-skinned reptoids. He has also seen members of the
Orange race. He has
not seen any benefit to humanity. He is trying to find
out what is going to
happen. He is worried about what the future holds. He
foresees an alien war.
He has a good lifestyle underground. Besides the
condo, he has swimming
pools, saunas, and a gym at his disposal. They have
an underground parking
lot. He works 14 to 16 days on a shift. He is not
allowed to leave the
country and must obtain permission to leave the state.
He says the main
control center in the valley is at Haystack Butte. A
tunnel runs from
Haystack Butte to the Anthill. Gopher believes there are
benevolent aliens
and says he saw one once. They are from a Federation.
The one he saw was
human looking, a tall blonde (Nordic) that wore a white
jump suit and had a
green coat on over it. He believes that we are trying
to enlist the aid of
such friendly beings. This is a very similar scenario
to what I received in
that letter from a veteran.
