Energy asking "if the DOE is running an underground
genetics lab facility located approx 2 miles beneath Archuleta Mesa near
Dulce, New Mexico." The Department of Energy has a DNA sequencing facility
(a genetics lab) in a standard biology laboratory at Los Alamos National
Laboratory but does not have any underground genetics laboratories in New
Mexico or at any other location.

A -- In the manuals it was called "The Vivarium". It describes Dulce Base as a "secured facility for tending bio-forms of all types." In their report it is retold as "a private subterranean bio-terminal park, with accommodations for animals, fish, fowl, reptile, and mankind." After SEEING this 'park' the name Nightmare Hall is far more accurate than the manual. The 'accommodations' for the inmates at Nightmare Hall fall short of the pretty picture the manual describes.

Q -- Is there proof available that could confirm the allegations of the underground base, or are we just supposed to believe you?
A -- Many people have asked that one. No, I don't expect people to believe with blind faith, there is tangible proof that has been seen, felt or inspected by quite a few folks. I'm in no position to go on a lecture circuit to explain to every person on a one-to-one basis. I am trying to stay alive. All I can do is state again, that Dulce is a SECRET FACILITY. They work HARD to make sure nobody can find the place. If everyone could easily find it, it wouldn't be a SECRET facility. I've explained the extreme security methods they use. Their conversation was interrupted by a phone call. The storeowner told John to leave at once, and then after John went to his car, he saw a mysterious van drive up to the store and a man got out and went inside. John, deciding to leave Dulce, was followed by two men in a car as he left town.

as to where it was located. Every place on earth - even Outer Space - has

Turkestan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, etc.) and Meso-America, the N suffix was
often omitted, especially if the name of the place ended in Tal/Tala. In
Mexico we find places like Tlaxcala; Mixquiahuala; Sinaloa; Guatemala;
Cosalá; Ayutla; Mitla; Tonalá; Chapala; etc. Similar endings, from Southern
Russia down to Pakistan, are Nepal; Coushala; Sinhala; Bhopal; Tal; Shawl;
Kabul; etc.
Besides the Tlán root, other Meso-America place names end in Tán and An:
Yucatán; Juchitán; Champotón; Celestún; Comitán; Tehuantán; Rostán;
Mexcaltitán; Tehuantán, etc. The regions from Southern Russia down to
Pakistan. once part of India, also have place names ending in Tan and An:
Afghanistan; Pakistan; Multan; Rajasthan; Tajikstan; Bhutan; Hindustan, plus
many others. As in Mesoamerica, these Tan/An endings are stressed. Only in
what were once ancient India and Mesoamerica are these Tan/An endings found
so abundantly. There are many other similar linguistic correspondences
between the two regions.

Why Not Look for A-Tlan-Tis in Mexico?

Tis in "Atlantis," we must search for the meaning of Tlan or Tollán. In
Sanskrit, Talan = "Surface; a place on the surface." The N refers to the
people living on this surface. A (not; no longer)-Talan (on the
surface)-Tes/Des (nation; land. Tlan or Tollán (Mexico) is the part that
remained above water. Even in Nahuatl, Tlan/Tollán = "Surface; a place." In
Greek, Tala means "To bear; support; hold up." There is still another
Sanskrit meaning: "God Shiva." Talan = "People of God Shiva."

ancient city about 30 miles from the coast, in and near what is now the

found out that magnificent abandoned buildings of fine stone blocks, all
containing precious stones and golden idols, had once rested on the
foundations of San Lorenzo. However, the Spaniards removed the treasures
from these ruins and tore down the buildings, sending both the stone blocks
and the treasures to Spain.

description of Atlantis does apply to Mexico. For example, Plato mentioned
that Atlantis was noted for buildings made of certain beautiful red, white,
and black stone blocks. Even now, such blocks are quarried in Zacatecas.
However, as I continue to insist, the ancient Hindus, from whom the Greeks
and Egyptians inherited this myth, never intended for Atlantis to be
"Heaven-on-Earth!"

Subject: PUFOIN follow up to SRB2001
As you are aware but the readers may not be, Jim Hickman has taken over as the Director of Skywatch International. Bill Hamilton was the former Director and has gone on to focus on research projects.
Dan did nothing to shed negative light on himself because he never gave me any photo of a J-Rod alien. That is a simple fact so let us see how it gets complicated.
I receive a special effects photo from my friend Winston. I like the effect so I print it on a color laser printer and meet Winston and Ron Garner for lunch. Ron sees the photo and is impressed and asks me for a copy of it. I told him that we had not yet checked out the source of the photo and he asked if I got it from Dan and I said, "no, Winston sent it to me". Against my intuition I gave Ron the print and he turned around and gave it to Bill Birnes of UFO magazine saying that it was a photo of a J-Rod, all without my knowledge. Bill further complicated this by saying it came from Dan Burisch. Dan had never even seen the image. Then I am told that Dan looks bad for giving me a special effects image of a J-Rod. If this were not taken seriously I would be doubled over on the floor with laughter.
UFO magazine never printed the affadafits that I sent (all notorized) showing that Dan was who he said he was. For some reason beyond my ken UFO magazine had decided to use false info to torpedo Dan's story. The bankruptcy is true but really has no bearing on who Dan is and what he really does. How do I know? Because I have seen evidence in person that points to it, but it is not something I can prove to the public. It is in the same category as having seen a UFO, but not having the evidence that it was there so that otherwise would have to rely on your word.
So that is the life of UFO researcher who tries to take on a giant.

While the administrative headquarters of FEMA is located in Atlanta, Georgia, with various branch offices across America, the tactical headquarters are located in a gigantic underground facility near Bluemont Virginia. This site is called Mt. Weather, and has also been referred to as the Western Virginia Office of Controlled Conflict Operations, a name that will appear more accurately descriptive as you read on.
Beneath the unsuspecting ground-level complex is what is often called the "Doomsday Hideaway", this huge mystery mountain of secrecy has gone virtually unnoticed by the public, and even most members of congress are unaware or very unfamiliar with it. It is a self contained, fully equipped and operational headquarters for the "hidden parallel government" of the United States and more!
FEMA, who also heads up the Multi-jurisdictional Task Force (a national and international military/police force, which is a story within itself) is the commanding agency over the Mt. Weather operations. In the event of a national crises, which nowadays may be anything the president decides it to be, FEMA takes full control of the executive branch of government and rules the nation with all the powers of martial law!
They have their own staff or cabinet members who are also appointed and answer directly to the powerful cabinet head. It is a duplicate of our federal government, but without the consent or even knowledge of the taxpayers who fund it. The other fundamental difference is that cabinet members and cabinet heads of each duplicate government department are not trained to be a democratic government in waiting. They are, however, a well-trained dictatorship in waiting, not to serve the public, but rather to help administrate control over the public, while FEMA directs the execution of military/police operations against the citizens of America.
However, there is another list of names kept by FEMA, and I bet your name is not on it. This is a list of approximately 10,000 people, in addition to the president and his selected staff, who are considered "essential" people to insure the rebirth and continued survival of the country after a nuclear war wipes out the rest of us. Mt. Weather will be their luxurious safe haven in such a catastrophe.
Well, you see, Mt. Weather is the main hub of a network of about 100 other underground facilities! Connector routes to and fro allow for quick relocation of personnel and "residents" of underworld America. When imminent danger exists in one location, the mass transit system can transfer people out of harm's way and keep any potential enemy thoroughly baffled.
