  1 inch equals 100 yards, 18 inches equals approximately 1 mile.
  1 turn equal 15 minutes of time.
  Figure scale is approximately 1:120.
  1 stand of 6 infantry figures (1-1/2 width x 1-1/4 depth) equals 1 battalion.
  1 stand of 1 artillery figure with crew (1-1/2 x 1-1/2) equals 1 battery (6-8 guns & crews)
  1 stand of 2 cavalry figures (1-1/2 x 1-1/4) equals 2 squadrons of cavalry.
  Note : basing for Napoleon's Battles (4 figures per infantry/cavalry per stand)
             could be used in lieu of the above basing - an infantry stand would equal a
              battalion and a stand of cavalry would equal 2 squadrons of cavalry.
