2) Run Boreal

** 2 **
Description of File:

	This file adds the features that I wanted to include with the release of Beta 4, but hadn't finished.

New Features:

1) PTSR:

	Pause Then Sequentially Resume (PTSR) tasking is my first stab at multi tasking. It allows you to pause or minimize a program, return to Boreal, and start another program. The previously running program is minimized to the task bar in this order:

----------------------
@Start (PRG1) (PRG2)
----------------------

PRG1 is the first program run & PRG2 is the second. PRG2 must be closed before PRG1 can be resumed.

Example:

You run RACE and task it. It is then minimized to the task bar.
----------------------
@Start (RACE)
----------------------
You then run SLOT and task it. It is also minimized to the task bar.
(Due to Boreal limitations implemented to save memory, you may only have
two programs minimized and 1 running)
----------------------
@Start (RACE) (SLOT)
----------------------
You must click on SLOT and close out before you can restart RACE.

2) Shutting Down:

	Both Ti-OS and Off have been moved directly to the start menu, removing the wait for the Exit Window.
	As before, Off will shut off the calculator. However, now, when it is turned back on it will load Boreal.
	Ti-OS has also changed. When you choose it, you will go to a calc-os, allowing you to do math stuff without leaving Boreal and closing all other PTSR-ing programs. From this calc-os you can get to the real Ti-OS by typing OFF and pressing enter.

Bugs Fixed:
