Jon and I visited his dad and Mary during Spring Break this year. We drove down on Friday and came back Wednesday. The weather was beautiful!!! We ate such good food (tuna quiche?!? You'd be surprised!) and had a relaxing time. We also got to see a production of the Shakespeare play "Twelfth Night" at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival. It was so funny! What a treat! We also took the famous Michael Fitzsimmons 15 minute tour of Montgomery and found, through trial and error and the help of a friendly gas station guy, a delicious chocolate shop. Yum! Enjoy these pictures!

Mary's nose is always cold
so I knitted a nose muff for her.

Skippy! We caught glimpses of Lily
and Buzz played with us a few times,
but Skippy was the only kitty caught on film.

Here we are, in front of Will, after the show.
We were so lucky to be able to see "Twelfth Night"!

Here's a wider shot of the building.

This is Weetop, an out building on the grounds
of the ASF. It is like a small guard tower.

This is one of the black swans that the ASF
searched for when creating an authentic Shakespearean
experience. They're imported - from Alabama.

The backyard of M & M's house. Jon and his dad
grilled some fabulous steaks out here one night.
Yum!

We had a wonderful time. Can't wait to go back!
