Daddy and Dat

This was taken on my parents back porch. My dad and his dad are grilling for my brother Jonathan and Grammie's Birthday. Jonathan and Grammie are on the same day. My dad and his dad are on the same day. My sister Sam's is on the day Jim Morrison died. Weird, huh?

My Dat is a dentist. He fixes all our teeth for us. He used to tease us kids when we were little about having "weak teeth" when we complained about the bread being too hard. He also gives "horse bites" and "chicken coolo kisses". And when he'd come to my choir concerts, he'd always eat something with onions in it beforehand so he could give me an onion-breath kiss. He's hysterical!
