When you think of Incubus, something like this picture to the left should come to mind: beautiful, inspiring, and profound (ok, so maybe their isnt anything "profound" about a tree, but you get my point.) Incubus is one of the best bands of our time, and I dont use that phrase lightly. These boys truly are talented, creative, and they most definantly have something important to say.
I think the most important thing about incubus is the positive out look they have on life. Oh sure, they make as much commentary on the blind and the biased and the sheep as any rock band, but they seem to come out of their ventures into the inner things in the world and in ourselves a bit happier than most. I can only envy that ability; to feel truly happy with not just myself, but the world.

Besides all that, they are also really great musicians. I am not going to bother pointing out songs which have such and such a sound or say this song is good and that one isnt. It's all pretty fucking good. I'll just say that morning view is less standard alt-rock than make yourself, and that SCIENCE is some crazy shit. Or at least as crazy as you can be without sounding like primus.

I guess this isn't so much of an album review as it is a incubus rocks article, but hey, it's my website and I will do what I want. And I want to tell the world that incubus is an amazingly talented band, who has something more to say, and can say it better, than almost any other band you or I have heard of. So do yourself a favor and buy one of their albums. You'll like it, I promise.
