Drumming is a very versatile art. And part of the art of drumming is having a versatile and varied kit. Sure, sure having a straight up five piece kit with toms, a snare, and a bass drum is ok. OK FOR A LITTLE BABY. I suggest going to your local grocer or hardware store and purchasing some garbage cans and an aluminum trash can top. The garbage cans [plastic, metal, or sheep skin] can serve as tom toms and the lid can serve as a makeshift cymbal. Actually, on second thought don’t go out and do that, just remember to keep your drumming varied and make it as original as possible.
