i'm gonna get the amy/colin/drabbott/harts plot out first to sorta get it out of the way for the juicy stuff. um yeah well the initial making out scene i was like grosss i dont wanna see that. haha yes very 5yearold but i just didnt want to see it. then like he had to puke. i hate how colin and the harts are all pissy.colin could be dead right now and the freakin harts annoy me. but theyhad to put that plot in to keep the suspence with the other plot. i liked amys bitchiness tho from an acting point of view, nice job emily...i def wanted to punch u. haha. and i liked "maybe we should have this convo when we are 30" dr.a is SO cool.
ok now to the good stuff. well so the episode starts out with a flashback and im like freaking out im like YES FLASHBACK! it was so cool to see more of julia (remember ive read no spoilers so everything is brand new for me). i liked the obiwon thing w/matt btw and then eph played the whole thing. ok wow im def. gonna get lost sorry. ok so greg smith did an amazing job playing so many emotions in one episode. 'tude dude was really really funny. and how he calls himself a piano dork. wow i cant really do this episode justice by writing this, sorry. lol. it was great to see eph laugh so hard in barnes. like we've never seen him laugh so hard. and the "we waved" that was great. it was awesome to see who "gwen" was after we heard about her in like the beginning episodes. ok wait so ill organize this into all the funny parts then the serious parts...that works. the shoe thing was sooo cute ephram is an amazing older brother. it was seriously the cutest thing, then the hug. just priceless. their relationship rocks i love whenever they talk, the writers should use that much more often. and did anyone else suspect a fit in the store with nina? dress...delia...in my head i heard DUM DUM DUM. lol guess they just didnt touch upon it. well they did cause delia didnt seem all too excited to shop.
ok drama time. oh man. ok this episode in one word...INTENSE. just i LOVED how they didnt cut u off at commercial break, or even wait till next episode. they did it all in one shot and it was freaking crazy. like they are in the kitchen and im SO waiting for a commercial to cut u off and it didnt. eph wanted the truth and they laid it out flat. and boom, dr. brown scared? JULIA CHEATED! oh man that was sooo great and i love how eph accepted it after accusing him of lying. and just how dr. brown was a good guy after all. and like how everything changed for ephram. and his apology! oh man. best part of episode...THE KISS. the kiss on the forehead couldnt of been any better. it was just. amazing. i was shaking and i still am! i cant describe this episode in words. just the best. yeah delia, for my tag u def. gotta change my fav. episode to the unveiling. and yeah leave some comments on what you think!

A. the actor did a great job playing Marvin. the only think i didnt like were his creepy eyes. much like Delia. lol
B. i didnt like him that much. i thouht would because i love to watch Ephram on the piano and he was helping me out with that but when he was telling Andy to stay out of the room and telling him he wanted more money, he seemed kinda snotty. i dont know 'bout ya'll but if someone told me not to come in the room while they were alone with my child, i would get a little skeptical. lol
C. hehe The Viagra guy was great. lol 'cant keep the ladies waiting' lol i liked it when Dr. Brown gave him a prescription for flinstone vitamins. lol those thing rock!

i liked when Ephram was at the Hart's house and he was trying to decide whether or not to give Laynie the flowers. lol he threw them in the garden and then picked them back out. lol that was great. Oh, i also liked it when Dr. Abbott was telling Dr. Brown not to hog the flashlight. lol and when Delia was giving all these orders to Andy because she was sick. lol "this compress needs more ice" lol she totally knows how to play Andy.
3) How would you act if you were Laynie?

while j do understand that he's in a rough place right now, i wouldbe really mad if i found out that the guy i was out on a date with was thinking of someone else the whole time. lol i would not like at all. Ephram was alittle hateful when he said "you cannot tell her" about the whole colin thing. i would be mad just like Laynie, but since he's so cute, maybe...just maybe...i would give him a second chance lol
4) What's your favorite Dr. Abbott catchphrase?

i'm gonna have to agree with everyone else on ths one. Dr. Abbott says "God forsaken" an aweful lot now a days and its pretty funny. lol

a. Marvin was great. I liked him. The actor who played him (his name is...uh...yeah, whatever) did a really good job. He does have really creepy eyes! It's like one minute he looked sweet and then *boom* scary!
b. First he bugged me. Then, for like, 2 seconds, I thought "Maybe I'm wrong. He doesn't seem so-" but then the 2 seconds were over and he bugged me even more. Grr him and his evil ways.
c. He's like my new favorite character. ;) I didn't see that one coming, seriously. I was like "HA! HA!" I laughed really loud, for real. My mom glanced at me funny. Even my dad was laughing at it, though, and he wasn't really watching the show.
2) What scene just rocked your socks?

Any of the Doc Abbott/Doc Brown scenes. Probably the one in the bar. They were really funny together and I liked it. I laughed out loud a lot during their scenes. Wait- I think I change my mind. I like the part with the police dude (what's his name? I'll re-watch the eppy) was talkin' to Doc Brown after they arrested Marvin and he mentioned the pot from Vegetative State. Very funny shtuff.
3) How would you act if you were Laynie?

I would probably give Ephram another chance. I can see where she's coming from, though. I don't know. If I were Laynie I'd probably go mad.

I don't think I expected too much. I hadn't thought about it all that much until earlier today. So I was surprised on a lot of stuff. I did expect the Ephram/Laynie thing to last longer than it did. I was starting to like her. Kinda, anyway.
Overall:
Delia sickness! She SO milked it for all it was worth. Then Andy got sick and turned it back on her- classic! I loved this episode. It was just so funny. I don't know, maybe I laughed at stuff that wasn't supposed to be funny and I just thought it was because I'm weird. Or maybe it was just really funny. I liked the Detective Docs better than the Eph/Laynie plot I think. And evil piano teacher. Rawr. Good to see a little Delia, but lack of Bright and Wendell makes me all sad.
And the "I have to make dinner first" was really great. I laughed at that part, too. Oh, and Ephram digging the flowers out. hehe That Ephy's a wacky one.
Oh, and I *loved* the dude from the pinecone, ya know? "What color ink?" And Doc Abbotts comment about Marvin saying he was a turkey sandwich or whatever it was. All really really really great stuff.
Another thing I almost forgot: I loved Doc Abbott talking about Bright. So so great/funny. He sure did make him cry a lot! That's the last thing....I promise!!

a) I like when Marvin sings! Overall he scares me with those freaky eyes. But i loved at the end when he made dr. abbott happy with the brag thing i was like gonna cry...dont u love when u overhear ur parents bragging about you? its the same thing and so very cool!
b) Matt pisses me off. Esp. charging dr. BROWN to talk about laynie. Like just something about matt makes me like grrrrrrr. i was liking the andy/eph relationship doing well and matt is messing some of it up...i think we need some more episodes to get into him

Carissa says: The holding hand thing was just adorable and then the awkwardness...it was classic. i also like the subconsious flirting b/w amy and eph at the end... like how they leaned into each other and stuff...i just cant put my finger on their situation and its puttingme in suspense.
3) How would you act if you were Laynie?
Carissa says: If i were Laynie i'd still go out with Ephram, cause hes Ephram. haha nuff said. But seriously, i really think i'd give him another chance, because if a guy had the guts to ask me out and be so adorable like Ephram, he'd def. deserve another chance, but maybe im just too forgiving.
4) What's your favorite Dr. Abbott catchphrase?
Carissa says: i LOVEEEEEEEE when dr. abbott says "god forsaken" he says it all the time. i really love dr. abbott. the show would be so different without him. and his sweaters :-)
5) Was there anything that you expected this episode that didnt happen? Or did something shock you?
Carissa says: I thought that the Laynie thing was gonna last longer, i think we all did. I thought we'd see more delia since we were so denied of her last week, i actually thought she might help with the investigation. I thought i was going to really like matt like i was so excited to see him and then he was all mean and hes like "that will be $150" and im like erg go away.
OVERALL
Carissa says: I liked this episode more than i thought i would. The delia sickness thing was really random. do you think maybe she was even sick in real life? just because i mean the sickness had nothing to do with anything. but still better than no delia at all! Laynies smile is cute...annoying but cute. she bugs me, i'd stay with eph. i thought i had amy figured out last week but i think istill need more episodes. i really liked the "i have to make dinner first" thing. it just you know, reminds you of the situation the show is based around and it was a cute reminder. overall very good episode, i was pleasantly suprised with the main plot, i thought the investigation was going to be VERY corny, but it wasnt it was good. i love dr. abbott lol so i liked seeing him.

Ok so today, i watched The Rookie with Dennis Quaid cause apparently we own it and i'd never seen it. So all of a sudden, i see Jimmy Morris' mom (jimmy being dennis' character) and i scream. thats right its Ms. Violet! so my mom yells downstairs "What happened? whats wrong?" and im like "SHES GONNA EXPLODE!!! " then my moms like "what?!?!" and i explained it. she shook her head and preceded to say that i need help.

1) Which character should have been featured more?
Carissa thinks: for the valentine thing, i would of liked to see like 2 seconds of delia and sam hanging out and some cute little kid valentine convoness goin on. then u would of covered all teh bases...young love, teen love and old love. instead we got way too much old love.
2) Which character surprised you the most?
Carissa thinks: Dr. Brown. like even tho it was in the trailer, overall i cant believe he did that with dr. trott.
3) What could have been left on the cutting room floor?
Carissa thinks:like i loved when dr. abbott was like "i think im gonna be sick" cause i was thinking the same thing...haha. old peopleness it was gross.
4) Biggest change from last week's ep to this week's?
Carissa thinks: everything was really made clear which was awesome. i like the way the amy/colin sitatution was handled at the end of the episode...colins got a good head on his shoulders, and amy did a really good job defending herself, making me not hate her. now we just wait to see what happens. im not sure if thats really a change. lol. but thats what i think
5) The scene that just plain rocked?
the way laynie flirts with eph is very cute, def. something i'd do...a little less forward on my part but def along the linesof laughing at him the whole time. but i really really like the scene where andy goes straight to nina about everything. i really like the friendship they have going on its really great for andy.
Overall
I loved this episode cause i knew like nothing about it because i've stayed away from spoilers. the edna/irv thing was really weird but its ok. i loved how the two guys ended up in the dog house and the 2 women ranted about everything, that was a great job by the writers. the amy/colin situation is great cause its laid out and clear now we just gotta see what amy is gonna do. the amy/eph thing looks towards the guess we;ve had on the boards, that they are gonna be like best friends. and the eph/laynie...well i hope laynie doesnt hurt eph. and i loved how they sang "silly love songs" or wahtever in chorus because thats in moulin rouge. haha. i give it like a 8.8/10
