A very good Atari 2600 emulator currently
available for the PC. It is based on the A26 code, and is written in
pure ASM, for optimal speed. In addition, the sound is about as accurate
as you can get.

This emulator was the first Atari 2600
emulator to feature sound support, unfortunatley, its via the PC Speaker.
However, the speed on this is quite good, and you could probably run
it on as low as a 486/66 at a decent framerate.
