1. All items that are not listed " AS-IS " carry a 3 day NON-DOA warranty. You must notify me within three days of delivery to you if the item is not working correctly. I must approve the return and it must shipped back within 48 hours of the approval, or the return is void. Any problems after 3 days are to be directed to the manufacturer for resolution, not me.
2. Items returned damaged are not refunded for any reason, you break it you bought it. If an item is damaged in transit, the carrier pays for the damage if you purchased insurance. If you didn't insure it, shame on you.
3. Items returned are checked and if they are undamaged a refund is offered, less any Ebay fees, payment processing fees, and a 35% handling fee. I sell items to make a profit, I do NOT play the buy and try game. If you purchase something assuming it will work for you and it doesn't, shame on you for not checking first.
4. New or shrink-wrapped items are warranted by the manufacturer, not me. They may be returned, unopened, but are subject to the terms in line #2. If you open a sealed item you bought it, NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. NO, I repeat, NO, one more time, NO refunds for AS-IS items for any reason NO EXCEPTIONS. I provide very detailed descriptions of my items. If you don't read or understand them, that is your problem not mine.
6. Refund payment is a personal check from me ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
7. Returned items should be sent by a traceable carrier, insured, with proof of delivery. ( signature preferred ) I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment back.
8. Ebay investigations and the police in your area are notified if any attempt is made to defraud by returning an item you damaged or an item that was not the one you purchased from me. ( All items I ship are extremely well packed, so unless the box is run over by a truck my items arrive undamaged. )
9. DO NOT email me after an item is delivered to you telling me you want to return it and you don't want to have this policy apply to you !!! You will at that point, forfeit you return privilege ( Yes it is a privilege, not a right ) and I will not respond to any further correspondence from you. Again, if you bid before you read shame on you.
I know some of these terms may seem harsh , but I have been put in each of these situations
selling on Ebay. These terms are here to cover my backside and so you fully understand them before you bid.
