219:
Department 13, a US government section
given the task of developing extra human technologies for national defence,
is headed by a shady figure referred to only as “Father”.
Under his guidance were produced the first batch of extra-human prototypes,
beginning at 211, up to and including 219.
As the most developed of the series, his levels of strength and intelligence
are surpassed only by those of VT. But not by much.
His alteration gave him a constant supply of programmable single-celled organisms
in his body, allowing him to grow an armoured exoskeleton in seconds, to regenerate
damage almost instantly, and hurl aggressive globs of biotech sludge, to literally
eat targets apart.
Never to be seen out of an Armani suit, or without his hideously expensive
dark glasses, he is the epitome of cool.
With an army of cloned department 13 Operatives at his disposal, as well as
many of his 21n forerunners, 219 is truly a great threat to the forces of
good in the world.
