How Techno Online Came to Be:Techno Online was started a while ago. I decided to make it, because everyone was in to making websites, and I wanted to see how good I could make one myself. So, I started off with framesets. They looked really ugly, but that was all I knew how to do then. I kept experimenting with the frames, until I found one layout that looked really cool. I downloaded Paint Shop Pro 7, and I started to make banners, and other graphics for this site. After a while, I saw some free layouts from the Tenshinhan Ichidou. Thanks to them, I got this layout, and it looks really cool to me! That is how Techno Online came to be!
