Here you can download houses with families.
Extract them to c:\program files\maxis\the sims\userdata\import
Barny Vraynum
 The House
Nice house with only 1 bedroom and bathroom at the moment, but there is room for building on.
It requires the Red Chair download,
and also the jukebox download from The Sims website.
You will find it by clicking on 'get cool stuff' and it will be listed there.

Hi i'm Barny Vraynum, weird name, i know, but there's not a lot i can do about that...
I come from a family that live the other side of Sim City. We tend not to see each other now, won't go into that though, it makes me sad. :-(
My new life here is going great so far, especially with the help of all my friends, one day, i hope to get married and have a few kids (as i LOVE children).

John Smith
The House
It's a small farm with only enough room for 1 man, but if more family members do happen to appear(!), there's plenty of room to build an upstairs.
There is currently only 2 pigs, but they breed so that won't be too much of a problem.
It requires the White Exterior Wall download,
and also the pig download from Sims Plus. It is situated in the miscellaneous section.

Hi i'm John Smith, I was adopted as a child, and when i left school, my Mum and Dad (by law) died in a house fire. After that i inherited this farm, and some of my pigs have died due to the wintery weather, but i have 2 left and i'm hoping they'll breed again.
I'm not a very communicative person, but i love all animals and plants.

This house is great for house party's and has plenty of room to dance, stuff your face, and have lots of fun.
I definatley recommend you to download this house if you want your sims to have the ultimate party experience.
It does have an upstairs with a bedroom, but it only has a love bed in so i didn't see the point in putting a picture for it. :-)

Hi, we are the owners of this house and we have really had some great parties here, as for us, well, i guess we can say, we're the most boombastic people in the whole of the neighborhood. (not that we're boasting...!)

This house is small but has room for a couple, has loads of room for building on, such as upstairs and building extra rooms around the house.

Well, hi, i'm Harry. I've been looking for a date for ages but my luck hasn't arrived, yet. I'm hoping that if i keep going downtown, i will eventually find someone and be happy for the rest of my life. Maybe one day that will happen. I'm a really nice guy with a warm heart.

This house is a partying house and is a good size. It is built just for one person at the moment, but it'd be very easy to convert it for extra people to live in.

I'm Lucy as you already know, i love partying, all the time. I have to have a friend there with me at least 12 hours a day, once i had a celebrity at my house. Maybe it will happen again sometime. I'm a bubbly gal, with a great sense of humour.
