Houses Without Families

Here you can download my homemade Houses!
Below there are a variety of houses listed in lot numbers.

Extract them to c:\program files\maxis\the sims\userdata#\houses
The # stands for which number neighbourhood you want it in.

Lot 1 - Harvey's House



Brief Description -
This house is split in sections, instead of having the whole house altogether, i put each room on its own.
There is plenty of room for you to build extra rooms.

Lot 7 - Vraynum's House



Brief Description -
Nice House for a Sim living alone.
It requires the Red Chair download,
and also the jukebox download from The Sims website. You'll find it by clicking on 'Get Cool Stuff' and it will be listed there.

Lot 3 - Small Pig Farm



Brief Description -
It's a small farm with only enough room for 1 man/woman but if more family members do happen to appear(!), there's plenty of room to build an upstairs.
There is currently only 2 pigs, but they breed so that won't be too much of a problem.
It requires the White Exterior Wall download,
and also the pig download from Sims Plus. It is situated in the miscellaneous section.

Lot 6 - House Party House
(Requires LL & HP)



Breif Description -
This house is great for house party's and has plenty of room to dance, stuff your face, and have lots of fun.
I definatley recommend you to download this house if you want your sims to have the ultimate party experience.
It does have an upstairs with a bedroom, but it only has a love bed in so i didn't see the point in putting a picture for it. :-)

House 10 - Contest Winners House



Breif Description -
This is the house which won my best house designing contest, it is a great house for your sims to live in and i really think you should check it out. It is also available in zip file, and iff file.

Breif Description -
This house was build for a man/woman living alone, but looking for a date. There's plenty of room to build on if the family grows. It's a house suitable for anyone to live in. Enjoy!!

Lot 2 - Belfast House

Breif Description -
This house is another one of my house partying houses. It's got plenty of room and is sure to always put your sims into a party mood. It is currently furnished for a single person, but you could easily change the bed to make room for more family members. Also you could build on upstairs if there's kids too.

Lot 1 - Calhoun Mansion

Breif Description -
I found this mansion on www.calhounmansion.com and i found the floor plan there too. So i decided to make it, but it's slightly different to the floor plan. At the moment it is only available for download unfurnished, but i should have the furnished version on here soon.
