*               RadioCtl Manual Install Package               *

*  This package is used to install RadioCtl in situations     *
* where the normal install procedure fails. You should        *
* only use this package if you are unable to install          *
* the standard package.                                       *

*                                                             *

1.  Create a directory for RadioCtl.

2.  Unzip the files from the distribution package into this directory

3.  Copy the following files to the system directory
     (usually C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM for Windows 95/98)

              MSVBVM60.DLL
              OLEAUT32,DLL
              MSCOMM32.OCX
              COMDLG32.OCX

   NOTE: if one of the above files already exists, rename the
   existing file as a backup before copying.

4. Copy TRANSIST.TTF to the FONTS directory
     (usually C:\WINDOWS\FONTS for Windows 95/98)

5. Create an shortcut to the program by opening the folder (directory)
   that the program has been copied to, and dragging the RadioCtl
   icon. You can copy to the Desktop, as well as the START folder.


     ******* to Uninstall ******
1.  Erase the DLL and OCX files from the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.

2.  Rename the saved DLL and OCX files back to the original names.

3.  Delete the directory where RadioCtl was unziped.



 NOTES: In order to delete or rename .DLL and .OCX files, you may
 have to switch to DOS mode. Windows 95 may lock these files.

 The path C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM may be named differently on your machine.
 This is the default directory name for Windows 95 & Windows 98.
 For Windows NT/2000 this path is usually C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32.

