PS2 Dissassembly
First turn to PS2 over remove the case screw covers and remove the case screws. If you have a version 4 it is pictured below
On PS2 version 4, 5, and 6. You just have to take the top of by lifting it up as high as it will go and pull it forward. Be carefull not to break the ribbon cable by pulling too hard on the cover. If you have a ps2 version 1,2 or 3. The bottom cover comes off. With version 1,2, or 3 unscrew the mainboard from the top section of the cover and pull out the mainboard and DVD chassis.
