All my tasks have been completed in a timely manner.

Task 1. Test corporate web site in daily bases to make sure LAN  
system working in a prefect condition, make sure inquiries coming 
through worldwide.  Programming languages are being used.

Task 2. Translate inquiries in different languages (including French, 
Spanish, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Portuguese, Russian, 
Thai, Korean) into English.

Task 3. Coordinate with sales department, material department and 
production management team to prepare quotation and help foster 
orders processing.

Task 4. After inquiries come in, discuss with VP Engineer and 
operation manager to finish design draft. Then gather data and 
finished parts design (capacitor can drawing and top drawing) by 
using AUTOCAD, LOTUS NOTES, VISTA and some other relevant software 
tools in a professional level. 

Task 5. Create MA (master assembly) upon parts drawing and 
operation manager's approval

Task 6. Update MA data cross reference database and post it through 
intranet for material department, sales department & production 
department reference.

Task 7. Update parts drawing data on the worldwide web site.

Task 8. Update web posting in weekly bases.  

Task 9. Handling phone calls for products and services online posting. 

Task 10. Manage wirewound control finished products and parts drawing 
database (covering the last 20 years sold products).
