Bounceless infared overide for toggle play-pause of the CD player

		  The above circuit can remotely control a CD player to play-pause
		once everytime the infared beam is broken. Therefore it makes a
		CD player play-pause when someone gets inbetween the infared emitter
		and detector and will not play-pause again until someone gets out 
		and back in again.
		  Makes a great Halloween gag to use in the dark !
