Hardware Functions

Both diagrams show the way a cellular phone's I/O ports and buttons are utilized so the user may take advantage of it's use. As the diagram shows some extra accessories must be purchased in order to take full advantage of the cellular phone's features such as microphone and headset connections. These devices that connect to the cell phone give the cell phone a longer  life span from a user's point of view.
