The first thing in the file
is an index of how many tests the group has taken; then the name and test
scores. The program will load the data file
into an array of class… people[12] with {apstring nam; apvector<int>
test(10)}; …up to 10 tests and 12 people max.
A menu is called…
1) Display all names
2) Display names with all tests
3) Display names with average and grade
4) Add new test score
5) Correct old test score
