This program will ask for
keyboard input, cin, of four of the numbers used below. These values will be the amount of sales
made by four different sales engineers (waiters) at “Eat at Joe’s Crab
Shack”. This program will not
require an array nor a loop (it’s okay to use those however). You will need up to 14
variables. You don’t need
employee number.
(for identifiers use these floats
per1, per2, per3, per4, sale1, sale2, sale3, sale4,
totsale,
and maybe pertotal)
Don’t
forget iomanip.h and cout.setf’s for formatting.
