WIZPOUCH FAQ (Frequently asked questions)

1a. Newest Question for this FAQ 11/27/05 Are you still selling these Wizpouches?

Yes, and we really do not know why. It has been over two years since they stopped making this organizer. I still have mine but do not use it as it has been twice replaced with a pocket PC. We now run everyday a very successful eBay business, Nutmeg Peddlers. www.nutmegpeddlers.com.

We are still selling these, though mostly on eBay. We do not know why, but people are still buying them all over the world. So, as long as people want them we continually make them.


1. Do I really need this Wizpouch?
The Sharp Wizards do not come with a protective case. The organizer's plastic casing acts as the case and scratches rather easily. The WIZPOUCH DOES protect the organizer's plastic case preventing scratches.
2. How does the WIZPOUCH look?
The WIZPOUCH is made to look like it came with your organizer. It is designed to fit perfectly and it is stitched rather than glued.
3. Is the WIZPOUCH really sold for under $10?
Yes, even including the dreaded shipping and handling. (CT USA residents must include sales tax) Of course out of USA it is more for the shipping and handling. If your address is not in the USA, then see the order info page for additional postage.
4. Will the WIZPOUCH come for other models?
Just the models shown and mentioned on our home page!
5. How long will it take to get my WIZPOUCH?
Once your order is received, we will begin to process it, and by the time your check clears, your WIZPOUCH will be mailed. You may see it within 10 days. You can also use US Priority mail that takes 2 to 3 days (extra charge). All international orders are shipped using only US Postal Global Priority mail and is delivered 4 to 7 days.
6. I am not in the USA. Can I order a WIZPOUCH?
Yes. Shipping costs are found at this web site. Cost for the actual pouch remains the same, the shipping is different. The purchase needs to be paid in US dollars and can be submitted by PayPal or a Postal Money order available at most large banks.
7. Who are you anyway?
I am actually a long time Wizard user who, when moving onto the 730 model was in need of a pouch. I did NOT want to use a generic pouch that fits wrong. I also did not want a case that had the pockets and zippers etc because I would not be able to fit it in my pocket. So I designed this along with my wife who has been a seamstress for 20 years resulting in a professional cost effective pouch. Today, more than two years after starting WIZPOUCH, I use a Windows Pocket PC as my daily organizer but still have my OZ-730 right here on my desk and use it as a backup.
8. Can I trust sending a check to WIZPOUCH?
Of course! Not only have we been in business for years, we also have an E-bay store. Nutmeg Peddlers, found at e-bay or just search us in Google! We are familiar with internet business!!
9. Do you accept PAYPAL?
YES YES YES, and after years, we have finally brought in PayPal. So many of you have "yelled" at us to do this so we did as we made this WIZPOUCH site overhaul.

10. Do you get repeat customers?

Actually we started to get repeat customers within the first two months. Today, hundreds and hundreds of pouches later, we still see the repeat customers and customers with the same corporate address.

11. Do you sell WizPouches on E-bay?
