Webmaster Matt Bibee

Matt joined Ship 1 in August 2000, and after a short but dramatic power struggle has has succeded in wrenching control of this website from the despotic rule of both Rocky and Ian. As the current Webmaster, he has plegded to operate this site on democratic priniciples, and he has conveniently placed his name and email address at the bottom of every page in order to better respond to the needs of Ship 1. To all members of Ship 1 SEA RAPTOR, he declares that submitions and input are welcome. Matt attends Northshore High School, the premier high school in the Slidell area, where he participates in the French, Chess, and BETA clubs as well as Quizbowl. He is also a member of the tennis team. Those who have previously viewed the older version of this site may have been exposed to some rather scandalous and defamatory rumors about Matt's early life, but this information has not been validated by the individual's memory, carbon-14 dating, DNA analysis, electro-shock treatment, or the fossil record, thereby suggesting that the previous caption referred to either his counterpart in an alternate dimension or to the other Matt Bibee who is in no way associated with this organization. Another explanation, which is much more probable, is that the caption was conceived and written by one of the more demented members of this ship. Whatever the answer, Matt will stop writing his caption now, as he feels uncomfortable using third person when describing himself.
