Brian Rutecki
Brian was the only person to turn in a caption for his picture. This is why his caption may make a little sense. He loves posing for pictures as you can tell. (see above) Brian Rutecki is 19 years old, been involved in Sea Scouting for 3 1/2 years and Boy Scouts for 12 1/2 years. He is now working on Quartermaster Rank A former Senior at Slidell High School, he has earned Eagle Scout, The Young American Award Twice and is a member of the Brotherhood (Order of the Arrow) His interests lie in: Boy Scouts, mechanics, anything outdoors (except Eloise)including driving his humungus wheeled pickemup truck through every mudhole in Louisiana. This irritates Alphonse since Brian has rearranged Alphonse's living room several times during the past year. He also enjoys being a live target for the ring buoy toss and trying knots his fellow shipmates cannot untie (except with a knife). Facts: 6 1/2 feet tall, large feet, capable of leaping Alphonse with a single bound. Editors note: Brian spends most of his summers and other vacation time working as a councilor at BSA Camp V-BAR in southern Mississippi. Who knows how many Scouts owe their Eagle Award to his teaching efforts. One great guy and Ship 1's new and first Storekeeper. | ||||
