"How To Disappear Completely And Never Be Found"

Now, Thom plays the song starting with a D chord. The basic structure of 
the song goes like: D Dsus2 (or a similar chord) F#m, the chorus goes 
like A F#m, and later when Thom just sings "Aaaahh", etc, he plays F#m E 
(add also E7 maybe) F#m E, ending on F#m.

I've made a chord version, starting not from D, but from C, which is 
more accurate, cause otherwise I can't pick exactly the original chords. 
Nevertheless, they're similar to what appears above. If you like better 
this one, you can use it instead, just lower your voice a little.
