I could never the get schematic entry to PLD to work.  However,
I've found the CUPL compiler works well for me.  I've used 22V10's,
and isp2032's, and a few Cypress parts.  My only problem has
been matching up my needs (modest), Protel's capabilities (broad),
and the device programmer my company has (Needham EMP-20,
rather limited in some ways).
