PARENT BODY MAKES CLAIMS TO JUSTIFY UNCONSTITUTIONAL EXPULSIONS Displays their 30 Pieces of "Silver" to Crucify the Constitution!
Letter A - Letter to Jamaica 10/7/2004
Letter sent without authprity of President-General, Hon. Redman Battle. It was signed by Bro. alfred Rowe Tutu, 1st Pres. Gen.
Letter B - Letter to Tiffany Newton: Letter sent to Tiffany Newton relieving her of position as apprentice 3rd Assistant Secty. General. It was also a warning letter due to her disrespect for the President General.
Letter C - Tiffany Newton's Response to President General, Bro. Battle, regarding letter B.
This letter states that the letter was prepared by bBro. golding and sent accidentally in the routine mail to Jamaica.
This letter also stated that this response letter was approved by the convention. The report was only accepted. No one gave Steven Golding or tiffany Newton a directive to prepare and send this letter.
Letter D - Letter to Ahmed Assalam Former President of Div. 330 from President General Battle requesting him to see that Div 330 records/keys/bank book etc. were turned over to new Division President/Officers elected 1/9/05
Letter E - Letter congratulating and endorsing Brandon Green as new Division 330 President.
Letter F - Letter to Steven Golding from President General requesting that he forward a copy of his Jamaica Fact Finding Report to secretary General that had been orally presented during the 47th International Convention in Washington D.C.
Letter G - Letter to Bro. Gordon requesting that he inform the Parent Body of membership status of Bro. Steven Golding. Bro. Golding registered as a delegate from Jamaica at the 47th International Convention yet he was listed on div. 404 stationery as a trustee from New York.
Letter H - Letter to Tiffany Newton: Tiffany was relieved of her duties as 3rd Asst. Secty General (apprentice) due to insubordination. She failed to follow the orders of the President General. She was told not to send the letter to Jamaica.
Letter I - Hearing Letter for Bro. Golding 2/28/05. (Ms Tiffany Newton received the same letter).
Letter J - Letter from Steven Golding "Fact finding Mission to Jamaica". Letter lists some of his activities and addresses other concerns.
Letter K - Letter from Bro. Frank Gordon, President of Division 454 Jamaica. this letter confirms that Steve Golding was active in the development of local division in Jamaica. In essence Steven was Golding was acting as a commissioner without authority. This is serious case of insubordination. also Bro. Gordon indicated that Steven Golding was a Div. 454 member as well.
Letter K2 - Letter of Greeting to Secretary General from Bro. Frank Gordon, Div. 454 President.
Letter L - Letter to Tiffany Newton 3/19/05 - 3/20/05 after hearing on March 18, 2005. It was decided by majority vote after listening to her testimony that she deserved counseling instead of suspension or expulsion.
Letter M - Expulsion Letter: Steven Golding
Letter N - Expulsion Letter: Mwariama Kamau
Letter O - Expulsion Letter: Kingsley Bryant
Letter P - Expulsion Letter: Ahmed Assalam
Letter Q - Open Letter to President General Redman Battle: Response to Expulsion Letter from Ahmed Assalam states that Bro. Senghor Baye and Bro. Battle didnt have the authority to expel him because he had made formal charges against them. He states that this is in accordance with constitution. The President General and the 3rd Assistant President General dont follow the dictates of a member.
Letter R - Letter to High Executive Council from Div. 404 Officers cc: Division Presidents. The letter indicates that the membership directed the officers to send this letter. No evidence of such action was included in the letter.
Letter S - Letter from Bro. Alfred Rowe Tutu to High Executive Council. Letter describes the website incident and his accusations against Bro. Senghor Baye and Sis. Tyree Amala for violating Div. 404's website.
