Bulleta-The deadly youth

Full name: Bulleta (aka in the US as Baby Bonnie Hood [B.B.Hood])
Race: "deadly youth"
Birthdate: 1979
Birthplace: USA
Story:
There are two kinds of people in the world, people who believe in the powers of love and kindness, and people who believe in power and money. Bulleta was the latter of these. She was a very rich monster hunter/serial killer who was unwittingly transported to Jedah's dimension along with the other Darkstalkers because the mind and train of thought she possesed was much the same as theirs. However, not one to be unnerved, Bulleta came to the realization of how much money she could create for herself by capturing live monsters. She then sets out on her journey...

In addition to Bulleta's Bio, I have heard other speculations about her. You'll notice how closely she resembles Red Riding Hood, and I have heard in some places that supposedly she is the character from the old fairy tale. However, her grandmother was not saved at the end of the story as we are used to, leaving her traumatized and ready to destroy any monster she encountered. As far as characterization, Bulleta is one of the most extreme paradoxes I've come across. A psychotic and gruff serial killer/monster hunter, (think Michael Meyers in a Shirley Temple body) who's also the epitome of sweetness and light. She's not as crazy as Jedah though.
Bulleta is another high skill level character in that she takes practice to be fully used effectively. She's not necsesarily a combo fanatic, and timing strategy is an important factor. Apart from her role in Vampire Savior, she has also appeared in Marvel Vs. Capcom 2, and Cannon Spike.

Moves (Special) *-means move can be ES-ed:

Smile and Missile*:
From somewhere in her little basket,Bulleta launches a missle at her opponent. A good projectile, but because of the charging, you probably won't find yourself throwing dozens of them repeatedly

Happy and Missile*:
Just like the Smile And Missile, except Bulleta jumps into the air and launches the missile at a downward angle
Cheer and Fire*:
Bulleta pulls a fire-spouting wine bottle from her basket and uses it on her opponent. (More than likely its a bottle of Brandy because, after all, Little Red Riding Hood was going to visit her sick grandmother)It spews flames in an almost vertical line, and is only effective against jump-ins, or REALLY close combat. The ES version has better range, as she waves the bottle slightly back and forth.
Shyness and Strike*:
Bulleta swings her basket around in the air and smacks her opponent with it.(Holding down the buttons longer makes the basket cause more damage)
Jealousy and Fake: GUARD REVERSAL! Bulleta disapears leaving a doll of herself (an old ninja trick I hear), and re-appears behind her opponent,
Sentimental Typhoon*:
THROW!! Bulleta smiles sweetly at her opponent and takes hold of their hands. She then begins to spin them around in a Ring-Around-the-Rosie fashion. Once they gain enough momentum, Bulleta lets go, and her opponent flys up into the air, crashing to the ground moments after.
EX-Specials:

Cruel Hunting (note, this move can also be pronounced "Cool Hunting"):
Bulleta summons two huge soldiers (one, obviously intended to look like the woodcutter from the fairy-tale), and all three of them proceed fire the snot out of her opponent. This is effective against tall opponents like Victor, Anakaris, Jedah, ect. as well as jump-ins

Beautiful Memory:
Bulleta remembers her deceased Grandmother, and begins to cry. She then darts forward at her opponent (obviously taking her agressions out on them), slashes them with a pair of knives a couple times, bashes them in the head with a rock, lifts them triumphantly over her head, and with a gigantic splash, slams them into the huge puddle of tears she cried, looking quite deviously pleased with herself. This move is good against opponents who are constantly in your face, however, from a distance, it becomes easily avoidable.
Apple for You:
Bulleta sweetly offers a bomb disguised as an apple to her opponent. Once they accept it, she quickly ducks and covers...("Hey, why is this string on this thing sparkli...< BOOOM!! >). This move might as well be considered an EX Throw, because it has the same up-close-and-personal range, and is very easy to miss. It takes off a decent amount of damage, so use it when a regular throw is a bit dull.
Dark Force: The Killing Time
Bulleta can throw unlimited missles by simply pressing any punch button (you don't have to charge the buttons). This is best if you have your opponent backed into a corner. However after a few episodes of psychotic missle throwing, your oppponent will undoubtedly learn to block when they see this coming.
