Once again there is a rectangle labeled 'Tube Power Supply'. There are 3 leads coming out of it. The top lead which is labeled '0 to 50 VDC is connected through a 150 full scale microammeter to pin 3, collecting plate, of the tube. The second lead, labeled 'common', connects to pin 8, cathode, of the tube. The third wire labeled '0 to minus 20 VDC' connects to pin 5, control plate, of the tube. A DC voltmeter is connected between the power supply common and the 0 to 50 volt output. Another DC voltmeter is connected from power supply common to the 0 to minus 20 volt output.
