07/02/12Hey...It's me yet again...It's been over 5 yrs since I last logged in here. It's really hard to grasp how much my life has changed over these last 5 yrs. I have lost over 200 lbs and am still losing slowly though.
We are up to 6 grandkids and another due in Aug...blessed indeed. 2 boys, Donovan & Tanner and 4 girls, McKinley, Jocelyn, Aaliyah and Aaleahya. The 1 due is a girl too.
July 6th will mark a tragic loss my family suffered 14 years ago, sometimes it seems as if it were yesterday and others it is as though it was a lifetime, I miss you so much Granny!! Please take a few to read her poems I have on here and enjoy them

8/26/04My grandmother was very talented. I can remember watching her when I was young painting different things and always turned out beautiful. I never told her but I mainly use to go to church on Sundays just to hear her beautiful voice ringing in angelic harmony, almost like it was by itself. Her poetry was another talent which she was gifted in, I guess that's a gift I got from her, except my writings aren't quiet as humble as hers.
Below are some of her poems I aquired from my mom after Grannys death. I hadn't read them in the last couple of years and happened on to them today and just wanted to make them part of my site. I hope you can enjoy them as much as I do.
