Tom Griffiths

Midi Playing: Desperado

Name: Tom Griffiths

Age: 24

Gender: Male

Occupation: Rebel Without a Cause .. who now seems to have found one :)

Description: Tom is tall, about 5' 11", and slight of build, weighing around 145lbs. Although slight he is strong rather than muscular and has short, fair hair and dark, limpid blue eyes. He wears motorcycle leathers and Ray-Bans with silvered lens'.

Personality: Tom is the original Rebel, or rather, he was until he came to Jamesville and found a cause worth plying his efforts into. That cause is, to put it bluntly, Melancholy Joy and her companions ... and survival. He will no do anything to ensure the survival of his ward(s) even at the expense of his own safety. He is soft spoken when he does speak, which isn't often, but is raher rash in his actions.

Background: Born in Canajoharie, New York, Tom was educated at the University of Utica after where he majored in Archaeology and minored in Fine Arts. After his education he moved to Buffalo to take up a position at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery. Finding this life a little too sedentary and boring Tom, who was not a poor man, bought a Harley Davidson Fat Boy and hit the road.

That was in mid 2000 and he's been tavelling since. Refusing to conform and taking up a life of petty crime ... for the thrill rather than the need for money ... Tom is currently on the run from the law in Flagstaff and was 'just passing through' Jamesville when all Hell, quite literally by the looks of things, broke loose.

Skills/talents: A wizard on a motorcycle, both as a rider and a mechanic, he can also drive, and maintain, a car. Tom is not a violent man. However, he *is* a fair shot with his shotgun and a passable shot with the handgun he carries. He's pretty good with a lockpick and can hack into many electronic security systems with the small laptop that he carries in the saddlebag of his bike. He's used this, at times, to raid ATM's for fun ... on occassion he has credited random accounts with quite large amounts of money and laughed as he rode out of town as he imagined the faces of the account holders when they realised that they were richer than they thought.

Strengths/Weaknesses:

STRENGTHS: Very cool, in fact, almost icy, in tight situations. Loyal to a fault.

WEAKNESSES: His tenacious loyalty could, and probably will, lead poor Tom to his downfall.
