Name: Bob Whitaker Age: 47 Gender: Male Occupation: Survivalist (Ex Major ... Rangers) Description: 5' 8", dark brown hair allowed to grow long up to shoulders, sometimes knots it in a pig tail. Stocky build, seems to be plump at 260 lbs., but under the fat is muscles. Dark Brown eyes, allows beard to grow to length. Facial hair shows slight graying, he plucks out the grey hair in his spare time. Personality: Not very talkative except to those he considers friends. Gruff and blunt, he rarely talks about his past. Although after a couple of beers, he begins to loosen up. Most people in town consider him to be off his rocker, living like a mountain man in his remote cabin. He is happiest when he is hunting in the woods and away from people. Background: Bob was born and raised in backwoods of Louisiana, you could say he was born with a gun in his hands as his father was an accomplished hunter and woodsman. He learned the ways of tracking prey and hunting at a very young age. Unfortunately, his father was killed in a fatal road accident when he was 10. He quit school and began to hunt full time to put food on their table. His mother died a few years later, so he packed his things and signed up for the army to join in time to catch the tail end of Vietnam, where he was seen as a credit to his unit and eventually earning a spot to go to Ranger school. Although he applied for but was rejected for SEAL training, he was still an excellent operator and was among the most demanded men for black ops missions through the years. Served several years as an instructor at Ranger School and was deployed behind enemy lines during Desert One. While in on a mission, he was reported to have suffered a mental disturbance. He was discharged as medically unfit, the details are still foggy on the exact cause. After several months of psychiatric help, he was released and disappeared after collecting his pension and savings. He bought a remote cabin in this area with the plan of isolating himself from the world. Tanner is one of the few people he considers his friends. He spends most of the time alone in his cabin or hunting for fresh meat for his table. Skills/talents: Skilled shot with most weapons and is capable of making explosives out of base materials. An excellent woodsman, he can track his prey back to its lair. He has pretty good singing voice and has been known to play the guitar quite well. Strengths/Weaknesses: Bob has amassed a small armory of weapons, some with illegal modifications. He has excellent reflexes and hand/eye coordination, which he keeps sharp with his hunting near his home. His body seems flabby but is capable of going for long durations of stress without rest. He walks with a slight limp, as his right foot was cut off just above the foot. He hasn't told anyone when this happened, but it gives him a bit of a problem when running or leaping. He has problems relating with authority figures, especially from the federal level. Also, his psychosis is not fully healed and could trigger at anytime. Back Next Character
