The Junior Achievement Company Program is offered to high school students, offering a chance to create a business. The group of students carries out every aspect of a new venture with guidance from the advisors. In the first few meetings a management team was elected via a democratic vote. Once the team was selected they became responsible to lead the group in operating the business and ensuring its success. There are seven official positions in the company at the top there is the President, followed by the Vice Presidents of the various divisions: Finance, Administration, Production, Marketing, Human Resources and Information Technology.

            Our company consists of twenty-three students representing schools from all across Toronto. We also have five consultants that advise us and provide real-world experiences to help the company progress (pictured below).    

Our product, the Message in a Bottle is designed to compete with the lack luster greeting card industry, as well as provide an alternative to traditional corporate gifts. We transform ordinary bottles into festive greetings that can be proudly displayed.
