Wedding Toast
Lou and Ann have found in each other partners that are a blessing and a
comfort
to each other. They compliment each other and add substance and quality
to each
other's lives.
Lou has always had an ability to capture and hold the limelight.
From his first
role on stage as Puck the mischievous imp in a midsummer's nights dream
to his
current role as a director at Well point. The same style and grace under
pressure
he showed as a kid, he now shows as an adult. Don't tell mom and dad,
but when
they were out and I'd baby-sit, we'd play car, and I used to turn the
piano seat
upside down and push Lou around the carpet on it like a car ride. And
we'd
partially unfold the sofa bed, sit high up on the sofa, eat popcorn and
watch
movies. Now Lou pushes himself around in his convertible and sits high
on a hill
in his house watching movies and eating popcorn with Ann.
When Lou and Ann first announced their engagement, they called me
and Ann
said "this is so cool, having a brother for the first time." And I can
say, "this is so
cool having a sister for the first time."
My wish and sincere prayer for Lou and Ann is that they add to each
others
spiritual growth, enhance one another's good qualities and disagree with
each
other in an agreeable way. In this life, and forever. Here's to you Lou
and Ann.
