At Ethnic-cooking.com, the aim is to educate and entertain all visitors that seek more than just a recipe site. Sometimes we want to know more than just "how it's done." Sometimes we want to know "why?"
In our search we will visit four countries and sample a little of the rich history involved in developing the unique flavors and customs of each region. Our only hope is to do justice and encourage the reader to share their own experiences and recipes. In achieving this, we hope to establish a venue that will entice the reader to return often, and maybe have a few friends tag along.
